Having been in the Atlanta business community for over 25 years, 15 years in the Telecom Industry and the last 10 years in risk management, Ira brings with him a vast array of relationships and contacts as well as key business expertise in many different industry segments. Some of those areas of focus are Commercial Real Estate, Construction operations, Non-Profits including private schools, Hospitality and Technology. As a Partner of The Norton Commercial Insurance Agency, Mr. Jolley is responsible to grow and enhance Norton's value proposition throughout the metro area, and offers the Atlanta business community the choice to be represented by one of Georgia's oldest and largest independent agencies. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Scott sold insurance products at Love, Douglas & Pope, as well as the Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance Company. In 2008, he founded Norton Metro with the vision of helping his clients ensure the future of their livelihood while providing the best talent in the industry an exceptional work environment. In addition to being President of Norton, Lewis & Goro, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Georgia as well as the Gwinnett Children's Shelter. He is regularly sought out for his guidance from other industry leaders and has been honored with earning his Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designation from the National Alliance Institute for Insurance Education, a designation earned by less than one percent of Georgia agents.
