Duke Dayal is the Global Chief Financial Officer at Brevan Howard. He has over 30 years' experience in a range of global financial roles across hedge funds, banking, private equity and consumer brands.
Before joining Brevan Howard, Duke worked for Santander UK as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director (2019 - 2023). From 2016 - 2019, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer of Santander US in Boston, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Santander Bank, N.A. (2017-2019).
Prior to joining Santander, Duke was with BNP Paribas for six years, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for BNP Paribas USA Holdings, BancWest and Bank of the West in San Francisco. Before that he helped lead a private equity start-up for JP Morgan Chase and Co., and Brysam Global Partners, focused on building an international consumer banking franchise. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Citi in a variety of business and finance roles in New York, California, South Korea and Brussels.
Duke earned a BA Honours in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Jennie is a Management Consultant, Chartered Accountant and project management professional who has led large scale global transformation programmes for a wide range of banks, insurers and other financial services institutions. She has worked both with Big 4 consulting companies and in-house.
Jennie graduated from the University of Sheffield before moving to London to pursue her career which involved living and working in the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa and Russia. Jennie currently runs her own consultancy and property businesses and in her spare time she enjoys yacht racing and is a keen skier.

Lorna was the Executive Producer for the first Black Film and Television Awards held in 2002 at Grosvenor House, Park Lane. She has delivered six Heritage Lottery Fund productions, based on research and oral histories of Caribbean people and other communities in Britain and has also collaborated with the V&A, British Museum, Rich Mix, BFI, Theatre Royal Nottingham and London Metropolitan Archives.
