Prior to leading Consumer Lending, Kleber was head of Diverse Segments, Representation & Inclusion at Wells Fargo. In this role, Kleber was responsible for leading efforts to make the company a place where diversity was reflected at all levels and in every facet of the company's operations, processes, and programs. His work was focused on creating a more diverse and inclusive working environment and partnering with Wells Fargo's business leaders to deliver products and services specifically designed to meet the needs of diverse customer segments. He also previously served as interim Head of Human Resources with responsibility for building and implementing the strategies, programs, and infrastructure to develop, engage, and retain strong talent for the company. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2020, Kleber worked for 15 years in a number of senior roles at Capital One, most recently as president of Retail and Direct Banking, accountable for the division's revenue, product development and marketing, branches and ATMs, and operations. He chaired Capital One's Retail and Direct Banking Diversity Council and served as executive sponsor of Capital One's Hispanic/Latinx associates and allies employee affinity group. Kleber also was executive vice president of Capital One's consumer bank for three years with responsibility for marketing, online and mobile channels, product development, credit underwriting, pricing, and fraud monitoring. Prior to joining Capital One, Kleber was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company. Maria R. Morris

Ms. Morris is the former executive vice president and head of the Global Employee Benefits business of MetLife, Inc., a global provider of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits and asset management services. She served as executive vice president and head of the Global Employee Benefits business from 2011 and interim head of the U.S. Business from 2016 until July 2017, with responsibility for MetLife's U.S. Business and Employee Benefits business in more than 40 countries, including its relationships with multinational companies and distribution relationships with financial institutions. Ms. Morris served in multiple other leadership roles after joining MetLife in 1984, including as chief marketing officer from April 2014 to January 2015 and as head of Global Technology and Operations from 2008 until 2011 where she oversaw the successful integration of MetLife's $16.4 billion acquisition of American Life Insurance Company. She serves on the board of directors of S&P Global Inc., where she is Chair of the audit committee, and on the board of directors of Resolution Life. Mark A. Chancy

Mr. Chancy served as vice Chair and consumer segment executive of SunTrust Banks, Inc. from April 2017 and co-chief operating officer from February 2018 until he retired in December 2019. As vice Chair, consumer segment executive, and co-chief operating officer, he led SunTrust's consumer segment, which included consumer banking, mortgage and consumer lending, private wealth management, deposits and virtual channels, and consumer operations. Previously, Mr. Chancy led SunTrust's wholesale banking segment from April 2011 to April 2017, which included corporate and investment banking, commercial and business banking, treasury and payment solutions, and commercial real estate banking. Mr. Chancy served as chief financial officer (CFO) of SunTrust from August 2004 to April 2011, which included oversight of the treasury, investor relations, strategic finance, controllers, mergers and acquisitions, tax, and insurance functions, and was treasurer of SunTrust from July 2001 until August 2004. Richard B. Payne

Mr. Payne served as vice Chair, Wholesale Banking, of U.S. Bancorp from November 2010 until he retired in April 2016, and as vice Chair, Corporate Banking, at U.S. Bancorp from July 2006 to November 2010. As vice Chair, Wholesale Banking, Mr. Payne had responsibility throughout the United States for U.S. Bank's national corporate banking, commercial banking, capital markets, commercial real estate, financial institutions, equipment finance, global treasury management, government and non-profit banking, leveraged lending, specialty finance, and high-grade fixed income businesses. During his time at U.S. Bancorp, Mr. Payne was a member of the managing committee and other senior management committees, the U.S. Bank Foundation and U.S. Bancorp's "Proud to Serve" Veterans network. He also was a board member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and a member of the Financial Services Roundtable.

Richard K. Davis

Mr. Davis served as President and CEO of Make-A-Wish America, a nonprofit organization, from 2019 until he retired in November 2022. He is the former Executive Chair and former CEO of U.S. Bancorp, parent company of U.S. Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in the United States. Mr. Davis served as Executive Chair from December 2007 to April 2018, CEO from December 2006 to April 2017, and held various other executive positions at U.S. Bancorp, including President and Chief Operating Officer. During his career, he has served as Chair of the Financial Services Roundtable, Chair of the Consumer Bankers Association, Chair of The Clearing House, and representative for the Ninth District of the Federal Reserve, where he was President of its Financial Advisory Committee.

Ronald L. Sargent

Mr. Sargent is the former Chair and chief executive officer of Staples, Inc., a business products retailer, headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts. He joined Staples in 1989 and progressed through a variety of management positions before he was named chief executive officer in 2002 and Chair in 2005, positions he held until June 2016 and January 2017, respectively. Before joining Staples, Mr. Sargent served in a variety of management positions at The Kroger Co. He also is the lead director of The Kroger Co. and a director of Five Below, Inc. Currently, Mr. Sargent is a member of the board of governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the board of directors of City of Hope, and the board of trustees of Northeastern University. Saul Van Beurden

Steven D. Black

Mr. Black was elected Chair of Wells Fargo's Board of Directors, effective August 2021. Mr. Black was co-chief executive officer of Bregal Investments, Inc., a private equity firm, from September 2012 until his retirement in December 2021. He was Vice Chair of JPMorgan Chase & Co. from March 2010 until February 2011, where he was a member of the Operating and Executive Committees. Prior to that position, Mr. Black was Executive Chair of JPMorgan's investment bank from October 2009 until March 2010. He served as co-chief executive officer of JPMorgan's investment bank from 2004 until 2009. Mr. Black was the deputy co-chief executive officer of JPMorgan's investment bank from 2003 until 2004. Suzanne M. Vautrinot

She retired from the United States Air Force in October 2013 after 31 years of distinguished service, including as Major General and Commander, 24th Air Force, Air Forces Cyber and Air Force Network Operations from April 2011 to October 2013 where she oversaw a multibillion-dollar cyber enterprise responsible for operating, extending, maintaining, and defending the Air Force portion of the Department of Defense global network. Ms. Vautrinot also served as Director of Plans and Policy, U.S. Cyber Command (May 2010 to December 2010), Deputy Commander, Network Warfare, U.S. Strategic Command (June 2008 to December 2010), and Commander, Air Force Recruiting Service (July 2006 to June 2008). Ms. Vautrinot was a National Security Fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and, in 2017, was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

Theodore F. Craver

Mr. Craver is the former Chair, president, and CEO of Edison International, an electric utility holding company located in Rosemead, California. He served as Chair, president and CEO of Edison International from 2008 to 2016 and as Chair and CEO of Edison Mission Energy, a subsidiary of Edison, from 2005 to 2008. He joined Edison in 1996 and held other senior management positions, including executive vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer. Before joining Edison, Mr. Craver served as executive vice president and corporate treasurer of First Interstate Bancorp, a Wells Fargo predecessor company, and executive vice president and chief financial officer of First Interstate's wholesale banking subsidiary. Mr. Craver is Independent Lead Director and Chair of the corporate governance committee of the board of directors of Duke Energy Corporation. He also serves as senior advisor to the Blackstone Group and to Bain & Company. Mr. Craver is a member of the advisory board of the Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation, the board of trustees of the Autry Museum of the American West, the advisory board of the Smithsonian National Museum of American History, and the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Tracy Kerrins

Tracy Kerrins is the head of Technology and a member of the Operating Committee at Wells Fargo. Tracy leads a team of information technology and security professionals around the globe. Together they are executing an engineering-led IT strategy to deliver stable, secure, scalable and innovative services that provide Wells Fargo's global customers 24/7 banking access through branch, digital, ATM, and other channels. Tracy and her team play a critical role in Wells Fargo's digital transformation, including designing and executing a strategy to advance the company's customer and employee experiences. Her leadership is critical to the company's risk management and innovation strategies. Previously, Tracy held the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) for both Consumer Technology and Enterprise Functions Technology. As a CIO, Tracy was instrumental in modernizing the technology and reinventing the customer experience for the Wells Fargo's Auto, Credit Card, Payments, Home Lending, and Small Business units, and during the pandemic, ensuring that employees within these groups maintained connectivity. Tracy joined Wells Fargo in October 2019 from Antares Capital where she was the Chief Operations and Technology Officer. Prior to that, she served in several senior leadership roles over 15 years at Bank of America, Accenture and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Tracy is a passionate advocate of diversity in the workplace and has provided leadership to women in technology groups throughout her career. At Wells Fargo, she launched and currently serves as executive sponsor for the Women in Technology advocacy group and was previously the co-chair of the Wells Fargo Technology Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. To help increase diversity in technology and computing sectors, Tracy serves on the board at The National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT). In January, Tracy was selected as a 2023 Women in Business Award winner by The Charlotte Business Journal. From February 2018 until December 2021, Mr. Hewett was Chair of DiversiTech Corporation, a leading aftermarket manufacturer and distributor of HVAC products. From August 2015 to November 2017, he was CEO of Klöckner Pentaplast Group, a packaging company. Mr. Hewett was president and CEO of Arysta LifeScience Corporation, which at the time was one of the world's largest privately held crop protection and life science companies, from January 2010 until Arysta's acquisition by Platform Specialty Products Corporation in February 2015, where he served as president until August 2015. Mr. Hewett's career has also included more than 20 years with General Electric Company, including as vice president, Supply Chain and Operations, president and CEO of GE Advanced Materials, president and CEO of GE Silicones, president of GE Plastics Pacific, president of GE Toshiba Silicones, and member of GE's Corporate Executive Council. William M. Daley

In the private sector, William served as vice chairman at JPMorgan Chase and later at BNY Mellon. In 2022, William joined the Global Board of Advisors for Operation HOPE, Inc., the nation's largest non-profit dedicated to financial empowerment for underserved communities.
