April Meza - President

April began her career in the property management industry in 1999. She has worked with communities from concept with the developer, through transition from developer control to stable properties managed by homeowners. Her experience managing high-end, luxury condominiums and both large and small homeowner associations (single-family and townhome) as well as adult living (ages 55+) communities. April enjoys the budgeting process and strives to help a community establish realistic financial goals focused on ensuring reserves, contingency funds, planning improvements, and meeting daily operating expenses. Through her years of experience, April has won multiple awards for properties achieving outstanding financial results and physical investment improvements.

Betsy Johns - CFO

Betsy Johns earned degrees in Economics and Accounting as one of the first women accepted to The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. Following graduation, she became one of the first women on the auditing staff of one of the Big-Eight CPA firms. Through volunteer involvement in her own homeowner's association, Ms. Johns was inspired to open her own management firm. Betsy is the former founder, sole owner, and president of AMSi which merged with NRP in 2008. For the past 3 decades, she has provided management services to both commercial and residential associations in the Commonwealth of Virginia and District of Columbia. Currently, Betsy serves on the Board of Directors of MainStreet Bank and as one of two volunteer founders for the Herndon Community Association Coalition (HCAC). In addition, Ms. Johns has remained actively involved with the Community Associations Institute (CAI), writes for various industry publications, and is a frequent speaker on the Fairfax County Cable TV program, "Your Community, Your Call".

Crystal Partin

Crystal began her career in Community Management in 2008 and has since earned several prestigious industry designations. Crystal's experience includes leading, supervising, and directly managing small, medium, and large-scale homeowners' associations, townhomes, condominiums, hi-rises, commercial, onsite offices, and community centers. As NRP's Director of Education, Crystal has taught CAI manager classes at WMCCAI conferences and acted as a supervisor and mentor for several up-and-coming community and portfolio managers. Crystal was publicly recognized in the Bull Run Observer, was a special expert guest on the local, live tv-show "Your Community, You're Connected," and a repeat published author in Quorum Magazine. Under Crystal's management her clients have been awarded the 2016 Small Community Association of the Year award, 2014 Humanitarian of the Year Award, and the 2010, 2012 & 2020 Large Community Association of the Year awards by the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI).

Jim Foley - CEO

In 1986, after attending the University of Hawaii, Jim began his career in property management as the Leasing Manager of an Alexandria, Virgina apartment community. Through the decades, Jim's responsibilities and ambitions grew. NRP was founded in 2005 with one employee and a big goal; to be recognized by our associates, residents, tenants, and competitors as the premiere management company in our industry. Over the years, NRP has proven to be a trustworthy performer. Building cohesive, proactive teams and delivering a quality customer service experience has always been Jim's primary professional focus. NRP currently manages 100+ communities, including over 17,000 homes, throughout the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. In 2019, Governor Ralph Northam appointed Jim to the Commonwealth of Virginia's Common Interest Community Board of Directors (CICB), where he serves today.

Kristine Caraway

Kristine Caraway has been a dedicated community association manager for over two decades. She's been awarded the respected CMCA and AMS certifications and is honored to have earned her PCAM from Community Associations Institute. After years of successfully managing associations in Hawaii and Southern California, Kristine joined the NRP team in 2006 and is an exceptional leader who mentors other growing professionals. Her area of personal expertise is working with properties that are in transition from developer to association-control.

Lili Hernandez

Lili Martinez

For over a decade Lili has been a noteworthy leader in the Community Association Management industry. Her expertise stems from her eagerness to learn and a BS in Business Management from BYU-Idaho. Lili has a demonstrated history of working with several areas of the company including Technical Support, Office Operations, Team Building, Talent Acquisition, Architectural Enforcement, and Management. She is an active WMCCAI member and serves as Committee Co-Chair and volunteer as well as a contributory writer to Quorum magazine. As a leadership team member, Lili continues to fulfill multiple responsibilities for creative solutions and the development at NRP.

Suzanne Allen

Suzanne interest in mathematics, operation, and organization is long standing. As a result, Suzanne sought a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Account and Political Science from Averett College, and a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. In 2001 Suzanne began her career in community management during which she has been responsible for all financial aspects of community management. She has extensive knowledge working with large scale communities, writing multi-million-dollar budgets, and working with developing communities. In her free time Suzanne enjoys spending time with her dogs, and volunteers on the Board of her own Condominium Association.
