NOODLE BAR

Noodle Bar first opened in Seaside in 2006. Inspired by the location providing a bar as the main sitting area, the name was chosen to reflect the cozy and community-building effect of eating next to a neighbor at the bar. In the 15 years since we've opened, the Seaside community continues to embrace and support our Vietnamese food... In 2010, Noodle Bar expanded into its second location in the Marina Village Shopping Center. While this location has traditional restaurant seating, we made sure to add a bar area as an homage to our original location! We've been honored to be a part of the Marina community in sponsoring a few sports teams, partnering with the Friends of the Marina Library, and sourcing locally whenever we can... We can't wait to serve you! Whether you order online or dine in, we promise to provide you food made with love and care.
