Our mission is to provide researchers across all career stages in the biomedical, behavioral, clinical, and social sciences with the evidence-based mentorship and professional development programming that emphasizes the benefits and challenges of diversity, inclusivity and culture... Our resources include mentor certification, professional development webinars, a social networking platform called MyNRMN, and facilitator certification through the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER)... In Phase 1, we developed and implemented mentor training, mentee training, and facilitator training. These continue to be offered through CIMER, our partners, and virtually through MyMentor, our own guided virtual mentorship platform.
