ODIHR has played an important role in strengthening democratic institutions and respect for human rights in Ukraine, particularly since launching a dedicated and ongoing project in the country in 2015... The Mission to Serbia is an OSCE field operation based in the country's capital Belgrade, with an office in Bujanovac in southern Serbia and a training centre in Novi Pazar in south-western Serbia. It is led by Ambassador Andrea Orizio of Italy and has a staff of 23 international and 104 local personnel. The Mission's budget in 2017 is EUR 6,238,000
