Mr. Doyle joined Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2016 and has been groomed to engage in the firm's extensive civil litigation practice. Mr. Doyle assists clients in protecting their interest, securing possession of assets, and enforcing contractual commitments - through the strategic application of preventative measures and, when advantageous, utilization of the Texas civil litigation process. George Pence is Of Counsel for the firm and offices in Houston, Texas. He is experienced in insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation, creditor's rights, consumer and commercial bankruptcy, DTPA claims, and general business transactions. He has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders, motor vehicle lenders, motor vehicle dealers, and factoring businesses in areas of bankruptcy, regulatory matters (Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, Texas Attorney General, Texas Department of Insurance & Texas Department of Transportation), collections and general business transactions and litigation.

James "Jim" Floyd is an experienced litigation attorney, who has tried more than 70 cases to successful jury verdicts. He has been recognized by his peers and the judiciary by receiving the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards from 2003 through 2016 and is a determined advocate for his clients. He is married with four children, one of which proudly adopted into his family, and is an active leader in the Fort Worth community.

John E. Johnson is Of Counsel for the firm and offices in Dallas. For the last fourteen years, Mr. Johnson has practiced law emphasizing monetary and collateral loss-mitigation. He has experience with legal-services involving sales, leasing, payments, secured-lending, secured financial-services, and insurance; as well as related fields such as sequestration/replevy, deceptive-trade, consumer-financial regulations, credit-reporting, governmental forfeitures and seizures, and consumer/military law. Mr. Johnson has counseled and litigated such matters in bankruptcy and state and federal civil-law courts, as well as in mediations and arbitrations. Mark Stout has conducted an active civil litigation practice in state and bankruptcy courts since 1998. Mr. Stout's practice concentration includes commercial finance, asset based lending, equipment leasing and the Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Stout represents a wide range of equipment lessors and asset based lenders in all aspects of business finance. He routinely advises clients in complex loan transactions and litigation matters. Mr. Stout has a successful track record representing lenders in loan enforcement actions, bankruptcy proceedings and out of court workouts. He divides his practice equally between commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Stout represents in excess of thirty financial institutions and leasing companies.
Mark is admitted to practice before the Texas Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Within the last four years alone, he has represented commercial lenders in excess of 150 state court proceedings and frequently utilizes sequestration/replevin proceedings to quickly recover his clients' collateral. Overall, he has filed approximately 1,000 sequestration/replevin actions in the state of Texas.

Matt Fronda joined the firm of Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2013 after interning for both the Honorable Judge John P. Chupp in the 141st District Court of Texas and for the Honorable Justice Bob McCoy in the Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas. Mr. Fronda focuses his practice on representation of secured creditors, complex probate litigation, appellate law, and business litigation. He regularly manages an active caseload, currently represents more than 30 nationwide financial institutions and has appeared as counsel of record in more than 15 Texas counties.
