Charley has been with Parman Energy for over 20 years. During this time, he has held numerous positions and learned all aspects of the business from the ground up. In 2002, he moved to Chattanooga to head up the very first acquisition for the company outside of Middle Tennessee, and he is still there today. He is certified CLS and OMA 1 by the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers. He holds his MLT-1 certification from The International Council for Machinery Lubrication as well. For fun, he likes to spend time with his family and friends preferably outdoors and in the woods.

David joined the Parman after working on the field staff of the PGA Tour. He was hired in a sales role and was soon promoted to sales manager. After receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and becoming licensed to practice law, David was named General Counsel for the company. He holds several industry technical certifications and assists the staff and customers with solutions to complex problems. David serves as a trustee and legal advisor on the Board of Directors for Catholic Media Productions. In his spare time, David is a musician and runner, residing in Nashville.

Julie is a Tennessee native and shortly after obtaining a Bachelors of Education degree, she accepted an administrative position that transitioned into a H.R. Assistant role. She remained in the field and has committed herself to the HR profession for more than 30 years now. Julie joined Parman Energy in 2001 and during her tenure has researched, developed and implemented best practices throughout the organization. Julie is dedicated to developing and improving benefits and processes that will keep the company one step ahead in recruiting and retaining outstanding team members as they are truly the heart of Parman's continued success. In her free time, Julie enjoys cooking, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Rachel Hockenberger, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer, earned her Masters of Accountancy from Liberty University in 2011. Spending over a decade of her career at Parman, Rachel has worked in most financial roles developing collaborative relationships across departments, with customers and business partners. While her focus and skills are geared towards accounting practices, her passion for strategic planning, financial forecasting and development of human capital are key traits for elevating the Parman brand to the next level.
Robert joined Parman Energy Group in 2003 and is responsible for revenue generation and all operations of PEG. He has over 30 years of experience in the distribution environment and in his years prior to PEG, he had a successful career in transportation services focused on sales and logistics. Robert believes that PEG's commitment to Totally Outrageous Customer Service is a key to success and works hard to make sure that Parman Energy is providing the best experience in the industry. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Lily, and two children, Tyler and Olivia.
