Cristina Carro joined Parques Reunidos as a senior lawyer in 2008, and was appointed General Counsel in 2011. Additionally, Cristina is the non-member secretary of the Board of Directors, as well as the non-member secretary of the Parques Reunidos Foundation.
Before joining our team, Cristina was a senior lawyer at Clifford Chance. She received the outstanding prize in her bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela, and she holds a Phd from the University of Passau (Bavaria, Germany), which she completed with cum laude honors. She was recently an honoree in the InspiraLaw list of the best 50 lawyer women in Spain and Portugal.
Enrique Weickert joined Parques Reunidos on November 2020 as Chief Financial Officer.
Enrique has built a strong track-record of significand value creation as Chief Financial Officer in several listed companies. He started his professional career in 1996 at Arthur Andersen. On September 2005, he joined Fertiberia as CFO, where he stayed until he joined OHL on January 2010 as CFO. Prior to joining Parques Reunidos, Enrique was CFO for the Group DIA, food retail player listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange, with operations in different countries around the world. Enrique has been exposed to different sectors throughout his career, with a strong focus on digitalization and processes.
Enrique holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration by the University of Seville and is a Chartered Accountant by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Francisco Zuriguel joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Procurement Officer in June 2021.
Before joining our group, Francisco was Chief Procurement Officer for Laureate Education. Francisco brings more than 25 years of experience in procurement roles in several industries: services, fast moving consumer goods and most recently in education.
Francisco has developed a successful and vertical professional career in procurement in multinational companies in different locations: Barcelona, Mexico, Madrid, Miami and New York.
Francisco also has a solid educational background with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Executive MBA by Harvard Business School. He has also complemented his education with several advance management programs in international business schools.
Hans Aksel Pedersen joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Operating Officer in November 2021.
Hans Aksel has more than 20 years of experience in the theme park sector with responsibilities for parks located in Europe, the US and Asia.
He has developed his career at MERLIN Entertainments with different business responsibilities around the world, being Managing Director of LEGOLAND Parks as last position. During 2020 and 2021, he was President of Operations at Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia.
Hans Aksel is an International top leader with a strong professional approach based on extensive experience from the entertainment and fast-moving consumer goods industries, with a successful track-record on turnaround and optimization of Operations.
Hans Aksel brings a Master in Marketing from University of Southern Denmark and he has also complemented his education with several advance management programs in international business schools.
Hugh Wood joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Customer Officer in June 2021.
Hugh has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital/transformation, distribution, and strategy experience across a variety of industries and markets within major corporates, at Procter & Gamble, Diageo, Yum and Disney.
He holds a Bachelor and master's degree in history from Cambridge University as well as a Master Strategy and Leadership as a Sloan Fellow at London Business School. Over the last 10 years Hugh was Managing Director of Disney's UK Parks business (based in London), Head of Markets, Sales & Distribution of Disneyland Paris (based in Paris).
Hugh brings a wide experience in leisure with a deep knowledge of the Theme Park business.

Isidora Díaz joined the Parques Reunidos Group in 2018 as Director of Safety, and was appointed Chief of Sustainability, Safety, Health and Environment Officer in 2020. Isidora has extensive experience in the areas of sustainability, health & safety and is a member of the Stakeholder Council of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an independent international organization that is a pioneer in sustainability reporting.
Before joining Parques Reunidos, she was Corporate Director of Health & Safety for the LafargeHolcim Group and developed her professional career in positions of international responsibility both in the environmental and waste management area and in the construction materials industry.
Isidora was awarded Extraordinary Prize for her degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Murcia and holds a master degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. She also has a Master in Environmental Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Master in Business Administration from the ESADE Business School.

Javier Carbajo joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer in December 2019. Javier has 18 years of international experience in executive management in the theme park industry, investment banking (M&A and capital markets) and strategic consulting.
Before joining Parques Reunidos, Javier was Group Managing Director and Chief of the Executive Committee at Aspro Parks Group. Javier also held several executive positions in the Investment Banking industry at CaixaBank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley and in the strategic consulting industry at Bain&Co.
Javier holds an MBA from The Wharton School, U. of Pennsylvania and a MSc Industrial Engineering (ICAI, U. Pontificia de Comillas).

Jonny Moran joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Development Officer in September 2021.
Jonny has over 15 years´ experience in the Entertainment & Media industry, having worked at JPMorgan, Activate, and NBCUniversal, with expertise across a wide array of areas including M&A, strategy, operational finance, and P&L management.
Jonny joins us from Universal Parks & Resorts where he was VP of Business Development. At Universal, Jonny helped lead pricing initiatives, product launches, new business development, and long-term strategy, as well as manage key licensee & licensor relationships.
Jonny is an international and multicultural executive with in-depth knowledge and experience in the Theme Park industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Politics & Economics from Bristol University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

José María joined Parques Reunidos Group in 2016 as Corporate Communications and Compliance Officer, with an extensive experience in banking, consulting, public sector and capital markets in companies such as Banesto, Analistas Financieros Internacionales, CaixaBank and Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores. José María holds a PhD completed with cum laude honors and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and earned a MBA/IBD from Georgetown University.

Pascal Ferracci joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Before joining our group, Pascal was the CEO of Center Parcs Europe from October 2018 onwards, being as well Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group Executive Committee. He joined Pierre & Vacances in 2000 where he held different roles within the group before taking over as CEO of Center Parcs Europe.
Pascal has a thorough knowledge and experience in the leisure industry. Pascal led, in a multicultural environment, the transformation of Center Parcs, based on Company cultural changes, profitable growth, guest centric experience, product innovation and digitalization.
Pascal has also developed a strong background in finance. He was Chief Financial Officer at Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group and has worked as an auditor at PwC and lead M&A processes for the global credit insurer Coface. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Audencia Business School in Nantes.

Patricio Ramos joined Parques Reunidos as Chief Transformation Officer in August 2021.
Patricio is an international and senior executive with 20 years of private equity and transformation experience focused on Travel and Consumer.
He holds a Master's degree in industrial engineering followed by an MBA in Columbia Business School. Before joining Parques Group, he has been Managing Director & Partner in Boston Consulting Group where he has been developing his professional career since 1999.
During the last years at Boston Consulting Group, Patricio has been collaborating with our Group, deeply involved, very close to the Management Team, in the generation of the strategic plan for Parques Reunidos.

Yolanda Mediano has a wide experience on people management and organization, as well as in the labour law environment. Yolanda has also a wide experience in other areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility.
She joined Parques Reunidos team as Chief People & Organization Officer in 2017 and previously developed her professional career at Neoris, Amec Foster Wheeler, and Isolux.
Yolanda has a bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid; she also holds a post-graduate degree in Management from IESE and a master's degree in Procedural Law from ICADE.
Oscar has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia and a Master in Economics and Finance. He has participated in maximum decision-making bodies in the area of technology and digital transformation in different sectors and multinational companies such as Unicaja Banco or Boston Consulting Group.
Oscar García joined Grupo Parques Reunidos in December 2019 as Chief Digital Officer as member of the executive committee.
