Boris Van Dyck

Boris Van Dyck epitomizes energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Boris grew up working in his family's restaurants across the globe, where he learned the value of a strong work ethic at an early age. He moved to Charleston in 1994 to attend the College of Charleston, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. After working in the Food and Beverage industry, Boris started his commercial real estate career in 2005 looking for new challenges. He worked on projects ranging from Land transactions, Office, Retail, and Multifamily development. In 2008, circumstances took Boris back into the hospitality industry, where he built several successful companies in the event world as well as the beverage world. That business experience developed his ability to look forward at opportunities in real estate and stayed active in the field, managing several commercial projects. His passion for real estate has brought him back to commercial real estate at the Peninsula Company, where he continues to focus on warehouse and industrial properties. Boris lives in Charleston with his Wife and two beautiful girls, and enjoys spending time on the water sailing, surfing, and kiteboarding.

Charlie Mogul

A Charleston native, Charlie Mogul attended Porter-Gaud School and Wofford College before starting a career in commercial real estate. His primary focuses at the Peninsula Company are commercial brokerage and development analysis, and he is committed to building long-lasting, confident relationships with all of his clients. In his free time, Charlie can be found enjoying time on the water - surfing, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Len Meyer

Len Meyer, CCIM is a 20 plus year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Industry, and has been an integral part of Peninsula Commercial since the beginning. Originally from Georgia, Len moved back in the Fall of 2017, and, in early 2018, affiliated with a national commercial real estate firm in Atlanta. While establishing his presence in Atlanta, Len continued to maintain his business relationships in Charleston, and in the summer of 2020, after recognizing an opportunity to more efficiently assist with their client's real estate needs throughout the southeast by expanding Peninsula Commercial into Georgia, Len and Sean formed a partnership to establish that presence as PENCO Georgia LLC. While Len's background includes all facets of commercial real estate, his main focus is in the multifamily sector specializing in land acquisitions for infill and suburban multifamily development sites. Len is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Georgia and South Carolina, as well as a CCIM Designee. Len resides in the John Creek area of Atlanta with his wife, Lisa, where they enjoy spending time with family and friends, an active outdoor lifestyle, and getting away to the North Carolina mountains as often as possible.

Sean Litton - President

Sean Litton, President/Broker-In-Charge, founded The Peninsula Company in 2003. He is originally from Southwest Virginia and attended Hampden Sydney College. Sean acts as Broker in Charge for the brokerage company and leads the commercial, investment, & development portions of the business. Aside from brokerage, Sean has worked on a variety of projects including: residential & commercial development, horizontal infrastructure development, debt purchases, equity placement, assisting banks with troubled assets, and various others.

Tim Rogers

Tim resides in and works out of old Mount Pleasant. Background includes term due diligence seller or buyer side work for clients in mineral rights, timber, site selection for development, property repurposing. Sales and leasing brokerage for retail, office and industrial clients. When not working Tim enjoys his time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
