As President & CEO of PCISS, Mr. Hunt is responsible for the overall growth and direction of the company. With twenty-five years of commercial and federal experience, his responsibilities include the overall management of internal operations and support of the Federal Agency and Department of Defense (DoD) operations and associated P&L. As PCISS Vice President of Federal Programs, Mr. Henderson's responsibilities include driving business development (Federal Agencies and DoD) and teaming, as well as corporate and operational management support. Mr. Henderson reports directly to the President & CEO, Mr. Billy Hunt. Mr. Henderson has over thirty years of Federal and Department of Defense experience. He has served in executive management positions at two successfully graduated 8(a) firms and has managed over $500M in prime contracts and associated delivery orders. Major Key Business Areas supported include Professional Services, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Construction and Environmental Services. His experience at large GOVCON firms include Alion Science and Technology (NAVSEA support - CG 47 HM&E program and NAVSUP Environmental programs) and Wyle Laboratories (GWACs Director). He possesses extensive experience in marketing, proposal development and contract negotiations and has strong experience with small business programs to include 8(a)/SDB, HUBZone and Veteran-Owned. Mr. Henderson is a native of Virginia and a graduate of George Mason University. Jeffrey Morris served 23 years in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator with extensive experience in Maintenance and Operations Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in business development, program and project management, federal contracting, and Safety & Quality Control. He has overseen and managed multiple federal design-build projects to include full facility renovations, aircraft hangar new construction, LED lighting upgrades, Railroad, roadway and runway repairs, automation and fire detection system installations, and electrical infrastructure upgrades. As Director of Modular Facilities for PCISS, he manages the Federal Agency and Department of Defense (DoD) Modular Facilities Program to include oversight of installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary modular facilities, along with supervision of office and project sites. He manages the drafting of professional documentation, design, engineering, and production of modular facilities tracking projects from start to finish. Jeffrey graduated from The University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services and Accounting and from Liberty University with an MBA in Marketing. Jeffrey is a native of Brewton, Alabama.
