Mr. Lockwood serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Piton. He also serves as Portfolio Manager of the ClearShares Piton Intermediate Fixed Income ETF (NYSE: PIFI). He has over twenty years experience managing Fixed Income portfolios. Prior to joining Piton, Mr. Lockwood was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the Fixed Income Division in the Private Bank Investment Group, Americas at HSBC. There, he served as the global head of discretionary fixed income management for the bank. Mr. Lockwood chaired the Fixed Income Strategy Committee for the US Curve for both local and global investment groups at HSBC, as well as managing commingled and segregated taxable and tax-exempt assets, including HSBC common funds and short and intermediate duration mandates (2.5+ Billion USD).
Mr. Hughey serves as SVP on the Investment team at Piton. Prior to joining Piton, Mr. Hughey worked in the Investment Management Group at HSBC Private Bank where he oversaw portfolio administration, implementation and client service for high net worth clients and co-managed the multi-asset class strategy offering on the Wealth Management platform. Mr. Hughey graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University with a B.B.A in Finance. He is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York.

Mr. Fortescue is a founding partner of Piton and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Firm. He also serves as Portfolio Manager of the ClearShares Ultra-Short Maturity ETF (NYSE: OPER) and Managing Partner of U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors. He has twenty-two years of experience building, operating and managing companies, investment portfolios and relationships in the financial services space.

Mr. Slattery serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Piton. He has 25 years of diverse leadership in financial services, real estate, telecommunications, and major infrastructure programs. Prior to founding Piton, from 2010-2014, Mr. Slattery worked at Annaly, serving as Chief Operating Officer of RCap Securities, as a Director of Shannon Funding LLC, and as a member of Annaly's Enterprise Risk Committee. Prior to joining Annaly, he co-founded a technology firm of 300 professionals in 7 countries across 3 continents that provided design and fulfillment services to global communications providers. Mr. Slattery received his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.

Mr. Konrad is a founding partner of Piton. He has extensive experience managing capital in the Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities Market for twenty years, through multiple interest rate environments. Mr. Konrad has managed one of the largest levered Agency MBS portfolios outside of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The portfolio Mr. Konrad oversaw included over $140 billion of assets at its peak. Mr. Konrad is disciplined in security selection due to an in-depth understanding of market dynamics. He has managed fixed income portfolios in various investment vehicles.
Mr. Chan serves as SVP on the Investment team at Piton and Portfolio Manager of the ClearShares Piton Intermediate Fixed Income ETF (NYSE: PIFI). Prior to joining Piton, Mr. Chan worked at HSBC Private Bank as a Vice President and Senior Trader in the Investment Management Group. He joined HSBC in 2005, where he worked closely with the Fixed Income team to grow, maintain and create portfolio mandates. He managed the tactical cash portfolios in accordance with specific guidelines. Along with the Investment Management Group, he helped oversee five Fixed Income and Equity strategies. He has over a decade of trading experience in Fixed Income and Equity markets. Prior to joining HSBC, he worked as a trade specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman and Co's Investment Management team. Ralph graduated cum laude from the Zicklin School of Business with a B.B.A in Finance and Investments.
Ms. Spillane serves as SVP on the Investment team at Piton and a Trader of the ClearShares Ultra-Short Maturity ETF (NYSE: OPER). Prior to joining Piton, Ms. Spillane worked at Annaly where she served in various roles on the Portfolio Management team, the Liabilities Desk, and with Annaly's subsidiary, RCap Securities. Ms. Spillane received her B.S. in Business Administration, Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
