We offer all our portfolio of services, but we are presently concentrating on providing property holding services, something we have been involved in for many years in acting as Trustees for large time-share developments in the Canary Islands and Malta... We are a limited liability company, incorporated in the Isle of Man, offering advice and services to international investors, traders and property holders. The Company was established in 1985 by Colin Magee who now has 45 years of experience operating in international finance and investment services. His, and the Company's, activities have involved advising and working with very diverse businesses involved in trading, investment and holding structures, as well as wealthy families - often with a view to mitigating taxes. For 25 years Colin also served as a director of a substantial group of offshore investment funds quoted on the Irish and Cayman Islands Stock Exchanges.
