A co-owner of Precision Medical Billing, Jennifer Evans is a highly experienced medical practice consultant. Priding herself in being ultimately available to our clients and providing a unique concierge service, Jennifer has provided practice administration services for many healthcare organizations across a range of specialties for over twenty years. Jennifer is an expert in rural health clinics and behavioral health organization certification and the implementation of federal and state policies and procedures. For the last ten years, Jennifer has provided comprehensive management services for many independent medical practices, helping them meet challenges in the face of ever-changing regulations and the rising cost of providing health services. Her administrative responsibilities include credentialing, contract negotiation, human resource management, clinic cost reports, employee training, EMR implementation, marketing, etc. Prior to 2012, Jennifer served for ten years as practice administrator for Urgent Treatment Clinics (UTC), successfully managing all seven of their clinic locations. Jennifer has also worked as an insurance auditor, utilizing her expertise in compliant coding practices and provider credentialing compliance. Jennifer is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and Kentucky Primary Care Association of KY.

Liz Bailey

Liz Bailey is an experienced medical financial analyst and fiscal operations manager, a co-owner of Precision Medical Billing. Utilizing her more than 30 years of financial and accounting expertise, Liz focuses on identifying areas of waste, controlling and reducing costs, and increasing revenue and profit for Precision Medical's clients. Liz has provided financial analysis and management services for many healthcare practices across various medical specialties for the last twenty years. Formerly with the accounting firm of Barr, Anderson, and Roberts, where she oversaw operations for multiple healthcare groups, Liz is highly experienced in advising regarding growth objectives and plans, identifying, and responding to cash flow impediments, and planning for tax consequences. In 2008, Liz became controller for Urgent Treatment Clinics, where she was responsible for the financial management and fiscal operations of the seven UTC locations until they were sold in 2012. Since then, Liz has provided financial consulting services to many medical practices. Liz is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and management and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
