Ben Olson is a hands-on Senior Software Development Manager at ProcessBolt. He has more than 10 years of experience developing high-impact software and leading teams of engineers through the software development life cycle. Before joining ProcessBolt, Ben was a Product Development Manager at OATI, a leading SaaS solutions provider to the energy industry.

Brian Brasfield - VP of Sales

Brian Brasfield is the Director of Sales for ProcessBolt with more than 25 years of sales experience and a primary focus on software solutions for compliance, risk management, enterprise risk, business intelligence, GRC, and managed cybersecurity. Brian helps both vendors and enterprise clients find efficiencies and reduce risk in their vendor risk management programs. Previously, Brian held sales executive positions with SAI Global and Modulo Security Solutions.

Dan Gardner - COO, Founder

Dan Gardner is the COO and co-founder of ProcessBolt. He has over 25 years of success in software development, IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and startups. Before founding ProcessBolt, Dan was VP of Technology at NetSPI. Prior to that, he was a founder of Renew Data Corp., a company that specialized in high volume electronic data discovery, now part of KLDiscovery (KLDI).

Eric Giesler

Eric Giesler is the Chief of Staff at ProcessBolt. Eric has extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining ProcessBolt, he worked at Orchard Holdings, a private equity firm based in Cincinnati. Prior to that, he worked on the healthcare investment banking team at Piper Sandler in Minneapolis. Eric studied economics at Bowdoin College.

Gaurav Gaur - CTO, Founder

Gaurav Gaur is the CTO and co-founder of ProcessBolt. He has an extensive background in cybersecurity, vendor management and software engineering. Before starting ProcessBolt, Gaurav was the VP of Software Development at NetSPI Inc., a cybersecurity-focused software and consulting firm, and he was responsible for the overall software development strategy and product roadmap of enterprise-grade cyber vulnerability management systems.

Mike Cline

Mike Cline is the VP of Marketing for ProcessBolt, with more than 20 years of experience building growth marketing and lead generation programs. Mike works closely with senior management and cross-functional partners to create brand marketing, digital marketing, and field marketing campaigns. He's experienced in international business, leading the creation of multiple B2C and B2B marketing programs in North American, European, and Asian markets. Prior to joining ProcessBolt, Mike worked for Datasite where he played a key role in product launches, global brand development, and creating demand gen programs driving awareness and increasing sales.

Mike Kelly - CEO

Mike Kelly is the CEO of ProcessBolt. Mike started his career at the law firm now known as Faegre Drinker. After making partner, he left to become the EVP and COO of the Minnesota Vikings. Following the sale of the Vikings, Mike held several CEO and senior executive roles at a number of varied businesses primarily in technology, software and analytics. Those businesses spanned a variety of industries from healthcare to business and legal services. He is a seasoned operator with a history of success in organic growth initiatives, turnarounds, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ryan McArthur

Ryan is a Senior Software Engineer at ProcessBolt. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2017 and started working as a full stack Software Developer. Ryan has been with ProcessBolt since 2019.

T.J. Rhattigan - VP of Sales

TJ is an experienced business professional with a background working in SaaS. TJ has completed Force Management sales training, and has been selling in the GRC space for the past 3+ years. TJ graduated from Penn State University in 2015 as a 4 year varsity football letterman, and earned his bachelor's degree in Labor Studies and Employment relations while at PSU.
