Anthony Rizzo

Anthony's role at Quantum Strategies is to develop, support and implement various employee training programs. This includes evaluating existing training requirements and existing materials, ensuring the information will meet the learning objective. He works closely with internal and external resources to develop new training material. He works with the production's teams to create the material to be delivered in multiple formats. He also works with the career succession team in developing long-term programs to help guide employees in their career. Prior to Quantum Strategies, Anthony worked for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as a teacher. Anthony graduated from Immaculata University with a degree Education. While studying at Immaculata, Anthony studied abroad in Twickenham, England and currently resides in Thorndale, Pennsylvania.

Eric Seibert

Eric is a Senior Data Analyst Consultant and a core member of our agile team responsible for advising our clients on creating and maintaining the analytical infrastructure that ensures that data pipelines are scalable, repeatable, and secure. Eric helps facilitate getting data from various sources, getting it in the correct formats, assuring that it adheres to data quality standards, and ensuring that downstream users can get that data quickly. He is responsible for the infrastructure that provides insight from raw data and handles diverse sources of data seamlessly. He enables big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions that leverage emerging technologies. Additional responsibilities include developing prototypes and proof of concepts for the selected solutions and implementing complex big data projects focusing on collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing, and visualizing large sets of data using multiple platforms. Eric understands how to apply technologies to solve big data problems and to develop innovative big data solutions. He is an integral part of the team responsible for the testing, maintenance, construction, and development of large-scale processing systems and databases. He Specializes in implementing methods to improve data reliability and quality. He combines raw information from different sources to create consistent and machine-readable formats and develops and tests architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling. Eric brings over 25 years of experience in the software and financial services industries. Before Quantum, he was a senior Data Scientist at 4D-IQ and worked with companies in developing and expanding product, sales, and service offerings. Companies include Orcatec, The Coca-Cola Company, Catavolt, and Orion Technology Services. Eric has also worked as the Chief Information Officer for Reliance Trust Company, Vice President of Technology at Citizens and Southern Bank (Atlanta, GA), and as a consultant at SunGard Data Systems.

Iva Shields

As Payroll & HRIS Supervisor, Iva Shields leads our team of payroll and HRIS specialists. With her leadership, the team provides top-level, accurate, and timely service, support, and knowledge of all things payroll-related tailored to our client's specific business needs while thriving in a dead-line driven industry. Iva is also a member of our Transitions group, lending her extensive knowledge of payroll best practices and system processes to the team - assisting with reviewing and identifying opportunities for process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency that best suit each client's business model and internal practices. Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Iva worked for over 9 years as an Enterprise level Account Manager at Paychex Inc, a major national HR & Payroll services provider. At Paychex, Iva was responsible for multiple high-revenue client groups with complex payroll needs. In this role, she provided support and expertise in all product areas, including but not limited to: Federal and State tax laws and regulations, payroll processing for multi-state payrolls, as well as project management and coordination with internal teams to provide superior service and results.

Jamie Ford

As an HR Payroll Manager, Jamie assists with payroll processing for a diverse clientele while offering HR guidance, refining processes, and aiding in the implementation of HRIS systems. Holding the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification, Jamie remains committed to staying at the forefront of industry best practices. Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Jamie served as the Director of HR at Seminole Wire & Cable Co. Inc., establishing the HR department from the ground up, and as the HR Business Partner at National Janitorial Solutions, managing HR operations, multi-state payroll, and collaborating on 20+ acquisitions. These experiences have honed Jamie's skills in talent management, employee relations, and operational efficiency, making her an invaluable asset in navigating the complexities of HR outsourcing. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence, Jamie has consistently driven positive outcomes across diverse HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Her proficiency in various HRIS systems positions her as an asset in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency for Quantum Strategies and its clients.

Jerry Dibello

Jerry's role at Quantum is to understand, organize, update, and optimize Quantum's SOPs and operations. He continuously works with staff to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies. He tests procedures and systems with Quantum team members to quantify the contributions each member is adding to Quantum's overall operations. Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Jerry worked in various positions of project, process, and product engineering in the semiconductor and medical device industries. Jerry is versed in project management, process optimization, and lean production. He was worked with multi-cultural, worldwide project teams and hopes to bring his technical background knowledge to improve Quantum's operations. Jerry received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Drexel University and a Masters in Business from Lehigh University and has taken post-graduate classes in project management from Penn State University Great Valley continued professional studies.

Joanne Fleitz

Joanne is responsible for the management of the company's accounting function and internal financial reporting, as well as the day to day processing of Quantum's back office transactions. Additionally, she is available to assist clients with payroll related matters. With reporting experience in the service, retail, and construction industries, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Masters in Accounting from Long Island University, CW Post. Joanne is a 20 year resident of the Glen Mills community where she lives with her family and two dogs.

Karen Lindley

As Senior Human Resource Associate, Karen specializes in the onboarding process. Her role includes leading Quantum's onboarding team, troubleshooting onboarding and compliance issues for clients, and assisting new hires through the onboarding process. Karen creates a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding by offering new hires clear communication and quality service. Karen also oversees Quantum's Human Resource intern management training program, creating training plans and monitoring progress. Karen brings a positive attitude to all of our clients and their employees and finds great satisfaction in helping others get hired. Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Karen spent seven years in a similar role at Metal Strategies in West Chester. She supported the managing director, overseeing the day to day operation of the office, while maintaining databases for economic reporting in the steel and metal industry. Karen is a graduate of Jacksonville University with a B.A. in Communications. Karen has lived in the Chadds Ford area for over 10 years with her husband and three children. She volunteers her time at a local high school working with stage lighting and design. On the weekends you can find her at various sporting events for her son.

Karen Pallante

Karen is part of the Quantum HR Team. She provides executive recruiting services to our HR clients and supports Quantum's robust management training program. As a member of our HR Practice group she also participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and practices for our clients. In addition, she ensures legal compliance by addressing client questions on current government policies and procedures and how they impact company policies. Prior to joining Quantum, Karen held various HR positions at MassMutual, Unisys Corporation, Hertz Corporation, Reuters and Allstate where she obtained her P&C license. For several years while raising her family, Karen consulted and participating in building a successful family business. Karen is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University where she obtained a BS in Management. Karen currently resides in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania with her three children, two dogs and a bird. In her spare time, Karen enjoys running, yoga, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Kathleen Pileggi

As a director, Kathleen leads our employee benefits practice group. Additionally, she coordinates the Quantum implementation team, third-party vendors, and the client's internal team. After the implementation, she drives the client relationship- continuously working with the client, proactively identifying issues, and coordinating the resources from Quantum practice groups to maximize efficiencies, reduce the client's liability, and increase employee satisfaction. Before joining Quantum, she worked with Accenture's management consulting group Wyeth-Ayerst International, AstraMerck, AstraZeneca, Gestalt, and American Family Life Assurance Company. In addition, she owned her own personal fitness training business; a passion she still exhibits today, which guides her in her approach to working with individuals. Over Kathleen's 25 years as a business professional, she spent time spanning employee benefits, finance, communications, marketing, and sales operations. Over her diverse career, she worked in the pharmaceuticals, technology, and insurance industry. Kathleen's team consistently manages and implements simultaneous, complex projects on time and within the budget. She is creative in finding solutions and in maximizing the productivity of people, processes, and systems. She realizes the goal of putting the client first and building strong, productive relationships. It is her strong communication and support skills that shine through. She is resourceful in identifying areas of need while implementing the proper people and processes to get the job done effectively. Kathleen is a graduate of Cabrini College with a BA in Organizational Management.

Maggie Conaway

Maggie Conaway is a Senior HR Generalist at Quantum Strategies specializing in Delaware and New York Medical Leave and leave of absences. Additionally, her extensive experience gives her the agility to work on special projects alongside her current focus. Her knowledge and expertise on the related requirements help offer employees a smooth experience. Maggie's diverse background and experience help to provide professional guidance on related HR topics. Before joining Quantum Strategies, Maggie worked for 22 years as a Human Resources Director at Boscov's Department Store. Maggie's experience brings a combination of compassion, employee relations, and personal attentiveness to the HR setting. Adding to her years of experience in the Human Resources field, she is currently studying to complete her SHRM SCP certification. Continued education in the HR field is important to her, along with promoting a positive work environment and building a cohesive team. Maggie is also a Licensed Massage Therapist in Delaware, where she lives with her husband, son, and dog.

Michele Boyer

Ms. Boyer's extensive experience as an employment attorney provides our clients an additional level of expertise, as she brings multiple skill sets to her current role. As Quantum's Senior HR Manager, Ms. Boyer serves as a liaison between our client's employees and our internal practice groups; providing another layer of risk management. Ms. Boyer partners with Quantum's clients and Quantum's Senior Management team to develop and oversee the implementation of our client's HR objectives. Every relationship is customized to the specific needs of the client. Ms. Boyer works directly with client's employees to educate them on best practices and provides direction and training on issues such as: maintaining employee records, onboarding and exit strategy, process integration as well as serving as a general advisor to our client's executive team. In addition, Ms. Boyer assists with daily benefits administration and ensures our clients are following both State and Federal laws. Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Ms. Boyer practiced law for over 19 years in both private practice and as the Deputy Attorney General with the State of New Jersey, Division of Law and Public Safety. Ms. Boyer deeply understands age/hourly issues, unemployment compensation claims, wrongful discharge, and at-will disputes; and has advised clients on various day-to-day workplace issues, ranging from termination scenarios to EEOC and everything in-between. Additionally, Ms. Boyer ensured that employee handbooks and policies were well drafted and contained essential and necessary provisions. Ms. Boyer earned her J.D. from Seton Hall Law School and her B.A. in English from Kean University and currently serves as Vice-Chair to the Board St. John Vianney High School (of which she is an alum) in Holmdel, New Jersey.

Nancy Ann Kelly

As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Kelly works closely with her clients to oversee and manage compliance and day-to-day operations for their specific line of business. In this role, Ms. Kelly's primary responsibilities include a comprehensive review of the client's current HR business practice; with an emphasis on identifying and managing gaps, as well as opportunities, to further optimize their model and increase efficiency and cost. As Team Lead, it is Ms. Kelly's responsibility to ensure proper resource allocation; from implementation to on-boarding, in an agile and rapidly changing environment. Prior to joining Quantum Strategies, Ms. Kelly held various positions in Risk Management, Human Resources and Banking. Most recently, she served as the Chief Human Resource Officer and Risk Management Director for Specialized Education Services, Inc., an organization with over 1200 employees. In this role, Ms. Kelly provided leadership and direction in the areas of strategic planning, compensation, benefit programs, employment law compliance, policy development, talent management, employee relations, payroll management, property and casualty insurance programs, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, claims management, workers compensation, and commercial lending. Ms. Kelly received her Master of Business Administration from Rider University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University where she graduated with distinction, Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Kelly resides with her family in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and is President-Elect of the Kiwanis Club of Central Bucks, part of Kiwanis International, Inc., a global organization of volunteers dedicated to serving the needs of children through local service projects and fundraising in their communities.

Nick Houghton

Nick's role at Quantum Strategies is to assist in developing and implementing our different software platforms as we improve our client's HR processes in both efficiency and effectiveness. He also works on integrating our own business, as well as our clients, within our marketing platform and improves their SEO and outpace competitors in their respective markets. He works closely with the Technology team to research and strategize a competitive platform that will stand out amongst competitors and improve HR functions for our clients. Nick also works with our Marketing team to both plan and develop their marketing strategies, improving SEO for Quantum and clients, and creating Landing Pages and Websites for new and existing product outreach. Prior to Quantum Strategies, Nick worked while attending his studies at PSU as a Student Retail Manager in the dining halls. Nick graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Economics. While studying at PSU, Nick aided in the rebirth of the fraternity Pi Kappa Phi, and he currently resides in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.

Ronise McCray

As an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager, Ronise has a proven ability to perform a broad range of functions quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ronise has been recognized for her dedication, work ethic, and for going beyond the call of duty to perform tasks to achieve goals in a deadline-driven environment. Prior to joining Quantum, Ronise worked as a Payroll Specialist with Lassonde Pappas & Co., a North American leader in private label beverage manufacturing. Ronise expanded her knowledge base of full cycle payroll and was responsible for processing multi-state payroll for weekly and bi-weekly pays, including a Union plant. She was also responsible for, but not limited to; preparing journal entries, month-end and quarter-end reporting, 401k reconciliation, verification of employment request, and 3rd Party Sick entry and off-cycle manual check-runs.

Sean Kelly

Sean is in our management training program as a relationship manager. He works closely alongside Bill and his primary role is sales and consulting outreach. Prior to working at Quantum, Sean worked in ticket sales at Sam Houston State University in Texas. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sports Management. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, coaching CYO basketball, and attending Philly sporting events.

Shannon Ryan

As a Senior Human Resources Associate, Shannon is the point of contact for Quantum's benefits enrollment platform. This includes compiling and coordinating efforts between different departments. She provides clients with a positive experience and helps build strong and productive relationships. Prior to working at Quantum Strategies, Shannon has vast experience working in accounting, payroll, and benefits. She resides in Perkasie, PA with her husband and three kids. In her spare time, she loves to help with school activities and other nonprofit groups. She is currently a Girl Scout Leader for her twin girls troop. Being a role model to today's youth, especially young girls, is very important to her.

Sophia Rizzo

Sophia has spent four years in Quantum Strategies Management Training Program, where she gained experience in various HR practice groups. Her primary role is in Talent Acquisition, where she works closely with the Human Resources team to source quality candidates for our respective clients. Sophia also has managed full-cycle recruiting for external clients, including executive searches. She also works as a Generalist on the Quantum HR team, supporting internal team members. Sophia graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor's degree in communications and is currently pursuing her master's in organizational psychology. In her free time, Sophia enjoys teaching dance classes, traveling, hiking, and yoga.

Tanya Santiago

As a Senior HR Generalist at Quantum Strategies, Tanya works with clients on their benefits, leave management and evaluation of HR policies and procedures. She has previously worked for 24 years as Director of Administration for Big Apple Circus, a nonprofit entertainment and community service organization in New York City with 250 employees. In that role Tanya ran the day-to-day operations, benefit administration, risk management, and employee relations. Most recently she worked as an HR Generalist for an auto parts company managing 30 stores located throughout New York City and Westchester County, NY. Her diverse background and experience help to provide professional guidance on all HR topics. Tanya is currently working on recertification of her PHR certification. She enjoys Pilates, knitting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband.

Tanya Williams

She plays a crucial role in assisting Quantum's Recruiting & Onboarding teams, serving as the primary point of contact for new hires, handling data reporting, and spearheading special projects for clients. Before joining Quantum Strategies, Tanya honed her skills as an HR Generalist at a staffing firm in Wilmington, Delaware. In this role, she managed payroll processing, facilitated communication between staff and hiring managers, oversaw daily HR operations, and maintained monthly reporting. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. In her free time, she successfully manages a Commercial Food Trailer and finds fulfillment in mentoring youth in New Castle County, Delaware.

William J. Rizzo

As Chief Strategist, Mr. Rizzo is able to call upon his unique experience and expertise across multiple disciplines, providing clients with layers of strategic insight. Further, with his ability and experience in understanding complex situations, Mr. Rizzo develops and tailors' creative solutions to meet client's unique needs. By capitalizing on the talent within our practice groups, as well as insight from our client's advisors, we can ensure that Quantum's strategies are implemented, and our client's objectives are met. In addition to managing the strategic vision for Quantum, Mr. Rizzo also leads the Investment Department; establishing investment guidelines that are customized to meet the requests of our clients. Quantum's multi-dimensional approach to portfolio construction combines different asset classes, geographical regions, and investment styles, and portfolios in line with investors' goals and risk tolerance.
