Resource Development Consult was established in February 2005 as a Learning and Development organization; to provide premium international education and personal support services to Nigerians seeking high quality academic programs, immigration and work opportunities abroad... Since then, we have achieved a remarkable record of training over 5500 students for the IELTS exam alone with most of the candidates achieving over 80% pass in the exams... In 2015, we commenced international student recruitment programs for students seeking affordable, high quality education into secondary schools, colleges and universities for high school, undergraduate and post-graduate levels of education in Canadian schools. Today, we serve as Agent & Education Partner to several colleges and universities in Canada, the United States of America and the Netherlands.
