RES Calibration company was created in October of 2013. The company provides calibration services for Step Height Standards used primarily in the Thin Film Deposition and semiconductor industries. All calibrations are performed using Master Standards directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The company is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 registered, and also approved to meet the requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 2006... RES Calibration provides calibration services for all types of Thin Film type Step Height Standards ranging from 200 Angstroms to 20 Microns. The company is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited and all calibrations are performed maintaining strict compliance to ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.
