She has been part of the Saeta Yield team (first YieldCo in Europe) since April 2015 when she joined as Head of Internal Audit. She joined the Finance Department in January 2016, where she has been Director since October 2019.
Carmen holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM).
His previous professional career was developed mainly at Deloitte with a total of 8 years of experience, being responsible for financial auditing and consulting projects for companies in the electricity, oil & gas sectors nationwide.
Director of People and Culture since the creation of the area in autumn 2018. Esperanza holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from the UCM (2005) and a degree in Sociology also from the UCM (2010), as well as a Master in People Management and Organisational Development from ESIC (2011). During her more than 15 years of professional experience she has led both talent areas and HR departments in various sectors such as audiovisual, chemical or tax & legal & audit.
M&A Director since his incorporation in January 2023. Guillermo has a double degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPV and in Industrial Organization Engineering from the TU-Clausthal (2008), in addition to having various postgraduate degrees of specialization. Much of his professional career has been developed at Repsol, holding various positions in the areas of strategy, business and M&A.
Javier is an Industrial Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in project management, business development, operations management or general management. He has developed his career both in Spain and in other parts of the world (Europe, the Middle East, etc.) and has led teams of more than 1,200 people belonging to 8 directions.
He is currently part of the company's management, leading and coordinating the departments of the operations area and their corresponding teams (approx. 110 people), in addition to being responsible for the technology income statement.

Director of the solar thermal portfolio since February 2020. Jorge is an Industrial Engineer from UPV and UPC, MBA from IEDE and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Initially linked to the world of industrial automation in continuous process plants and with more than 20 years of experience in energy business management and in the construction and management of power generation plants, for the 11 years prior to joining Saeta Yield he managed Nextera Energy's solar thermal plants in Spain.
Director of Legal Advisory since autumn 2019, he joined Saeta Yield two years earlier as assistant to the department's management. Luis holds a Law Degree from the UAM (2009) and a Master's Degree in Business Legal Practice from the UAN. He began his professional career at the law firm Ramón y Cajal Abogados and later moved to Baker & McKenzie, where he continued his specialisation in corporate and M&A. He has also collaborated with the Revista Derecho de Sociedades in several publications and with the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in training programmes.
Director of Photovoltaic Operations since 2018 and attached to the Wind Operations Department since September 2020, he is specialized in operations management and asset monitoring; Previously, he was Technical Manager of M&A since 2016. Miguel is a Senior Engineer from the ETSII of Madrid specialized in energy techniques, and has more than 12 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in various parts of the project value chain: Business Development, EPC Offers, Construction, Investments and Operations; with projects in Spain, Portugal, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
Director of People and Culture since his incorporation in November 2023. Miguel has a degree in Industrial Psychology from the UCM and a certificate in Management Development from the IE. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in various multinationals in the industrial, services and logistics sectors.
Information Technology Director joined the company in 2015 to manage the area. Nacho has training at the Higher School of Telecommunications of the UAH and the UPM. During his more than 20 years of experience, he has worked in diverse sectors such as satellite or construction. His last 12 years has focused on the energy sector in experience in land and maritime installations.
Development Director of Saeta Yield from June 2022. Rafael holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2002) and an MBA from IESE (2012). He has 20 years of professional experience both in Spain and in international markets in the development and execution of renewable energy, industrial and infrastructure projects, among others. Before joining Saeta, he promoted the growth of companies such as Abengoa and Engie.

Director of Financing and Insurance joined the company in 2016. Raúl has a degree in Business from the UCM and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the area of both corporate and structured financing in both projects in Spain and Latin America. Before joining Saeta Yield, he worked for companies such as ACS and Ferrovial, developing his work in the energy, infrastructure, services and public transport sectors.
General Director of Saeta Yield since July 2018 and previously CFO since October 2014. Álvaro has an MBA from MIT Sloan (2003) and a Senior Engineer from ICAI (1997). He has professional experience in Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, specializing in finance, business development, strategic planning and management. During his more than 20 years of professional experience in the electricity industry, it is worth noting his time at Endesa before joining Saeta Yield.
