Brian Burns is a seasoned managed care senior executive with over 33 years of Payer experience. He currently leverages that expertise as an Independent Consultant in the healthcare Payer and Provider space through his company, Burns Consulting Group. In the past several years his clients have included specialty pharmacy, managed care companies, healthcare software firms, outpatient laboratories (both large and small), urgent care centers, concierge medicine provider, laboratory management company (LBM), and several global NYC management firms, to name just a few.
In total, Brian has over 33 years of experience in the Payer healthcare space serving as a Senior Vice President at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City for 18 years. In that capacity, Brian was an expert overseeing provider network management and reimbursement strategies incorporating many collaborative value-based care contracts with network health systems and physicians.

Brad Wilson has broad leadership experience in the practice of law, governmental service, and healthcare. He is CEO Emeritus is BlueCross BlueShield of NC where he had a 22 year career, (2010-2018) growing the company to over $9 billion In revenue and serving 3.8 million customers. During his tenure, BCBSNC effectively implemented the Affordable Care Act in all 100 NC counties.
Wilson practiced law for 14 years prior to serving as General Counsel to Governor James B. Hunt. He is the recipient of the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, NC's highest civilian honor, the NC Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Citizenship Award, and is a member of the NC Business Hall of Fame. Wilson has and still serves on numerous business, public, and charitable boards and commissions. Wilson, a strong advocate for public education, served 16 years on the UNC System Board of Governors; chairing the Board for 4 years during his tenure.
