ETIYA - Key Persons
Ali Durmus is one of the founding partners of Etiya. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer between 2004 and 2015, overseeing the company's technical and business strategy while working closely with the firm's partners to evaluate consumer technologies and new opportunities. Mr. Durmus currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Etiya. He earned a PhD and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU).
Apostolos Kallis is Etiya's Chief Commercial Officer responsible for global sales, business development, presales and partners. In this role, he is responsible for expanding Etiya's client base, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and managing our partner program. Previously, Mr. Kallis was a member of the TM Forum's Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for its global sales and account teams. For over 13 years he was instrumental in growing the TM Forum into one of the world's leading trade associations with over 1,000 members in over 100 countries. Through his own consulting practice Mr. Kallis has been an advisor to a number of companies, working with both start-ups as well as more mature companies on their international expansion, partnering, and growth.

Barış Uca is the Vice President of Sales for Etiya and responsible for all aspects of Business Development and Sales in Turkey. He leads the sales organization with a focus on profitable growth, market share, and visibility in all industries in Turkey and serves Etiya's wide range of product and service portfolio. With more than 19 years of experience in the technology industry, Barış has a successful track record in both technical and sales leadership positions in large companies such as Turk Telekom Group Companies, Siemens, and Ericsson. He has a bachelor's degree in the Department of Business Administration and he has completed numerous executive leadership and sales management training/certification programs during his career.
Serdar Dagdelen is one of the three founders of Etiya. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Dagdelen is responsible for consulting, outsourcing, service, and support in all markets and countries. Mr. Dagdelen has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Istanbul Kultur University.
Ugur Gemici is heading Product Development and Management at Etiya, where his globally diversified team is responsible for defining and shaping next generation Artificial Intelligence driven Etiya Digital Business Platform portfolio. He is also engaged in leading Etiya's strategic global Digital Transformation projects.
Prior to Etiya, Ugur worked at Oracle and Accenture in various roles that helps him gaining all-round technical and business experience.
