Mr. Haigler joined Southeastern Trust in May 2021. Prior to joining Southeastern Trust, Mr. Haigler spent eleven years in the private wealth management divisions of Wells Fargo and Bank of America. His focus was in personal and philanthropic trust administration, serving high-net-worth clients and charitable entities across the Southeast. As a trusted wealth advisor, Mr. Haigler managed trust, investment management, and qualified retirement plan relationships while collaborating with specialized wealth services team members to provide sound advice and exceptional service.
Mr. Haigler earned an undergraduate degree in Trust and Wealth Management and an M.B.A. from Campbell University. He holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and the Accredited Trust and Financial Advisor (ATFA) designations.
Mrs. Bickford-Payne joined Southeastern Trust in July 2014 and is responsible for relationship management and account administration, with a focus on Special Needs Trusts. She has 20+ years of experience in trust and estate administration, including managing real estate held in trust. Mrs. Bickford-Payne is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Cannon Financial Institute. She has earned the CTFA designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers and the ATFA designation from Campbell University. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga.
Ms. Butler joined Southeastern Trust in June 2022 after earning her BBA in Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University.

Ms. Brown joined Southeastern Trust in May 2021. In her most recent role, she served as a trust administrative assistant for Pinnacle Financial Partners for over a decade.
She has 20 years of experience in banking and finance and 10 years' experience in banking operations. Ms. Brown is a graduate of Cannon Trust School.

Mr. Clark joined Southeastern Trust in June 2022 as senior portfolio manager having previously served as the chief investment officer for the State of Mississippi. Mr. Clark began his investment career as a portfolio manager for some of the nation's largest banks including SunTrust, Wells Fargo, BB&T, and Regions. He earned an undergraduate degree in engineering from the Naval Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Mr. Fell joined Southeastern Trust in January 2016 from Wilmington Trust. He has 20+ years of experience in trust administration and estate planning. Mr. Fell earned an undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama and a law degree from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Fell serves the Atlanta area from our office in Buckhead.

Ms. Barnett joined Southeastern Trust in November 2016, bringing with her 22 years of banking experience in various capacities. She worked most recently as Bank Officer for the Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act Departments of Atlantic Capital. Ms. Barnett has earned her Bank Operations Diploma from the American Bankers Association and is an accredited Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
