Javad is a seasoned consultant with more than 25 years of experience supporting national and internal organizations in implementing IT solutions. Prior to Smart IS International, he served in leadership roles at nationally recognized software and consulting organizations. Javad has worked with organizations of all sizes to enhance the value of IT investment by aligning IT strategy with a business vision. He has a proven track record of successful implementation of large and complex IT solutions and is experienced in IT and organizational change management, as well as, building and managing large and culturally diverse teams. Javad loves traveling, water sports and being inspired by things around him. He is a sincere and loyal leader who brings change to Smart IS through his knowledge and experience.

Khurram has over 25 years of extensive Supply Chain experience, specializing in BlueYonder (JDA)/WMS and Oracle. Born in Pakistan, Khurram moved to the United States in 1986 . He joined Smart IS (Oracular at the time) in 1996 and became the CEO in 2013. Under his leadership Smart IS has expanded to two new locations and increased their offerings immensely. Before joining Smart IS he had a long history of WMS experience, including working as a Senior Developer at BlueYonder (McHugh Freeman at the time). Khurram loves all things Star Wars and spending time with his daughters! He is dedicated to bringing change and making a difference to the Supply Chain industry with Technology focused innovative solutions.
Saad has over 25 years of experience in BlueYonder/JDA (RedPrairie at the time) implementation, Warehouse Management and Oracle. He received his BS from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh in Computer Science and begun his career as a Product Architect with McHugh Software. Before joining Smart IS, he gained vast experience in WMS through his work for BlueYonder. He is a key leader in WMS and BlueYonder implantation through his blog writings. Saad loves to travel and check items off his long bucket list. His hard working personality creates a productive work environment for everyone at Smart IS.
