Our Human Resources Director, Christina N. Rothlisberger, has over 23 years of Human Resources leadership and operations experience. She joined us here at Sun Life Health in August of 2021. She comes to us from Lucid Motors where, for the last two years, she led their HR and Labor Relations efforts. Before Lucid Motors, Christina held the role of Senior General Manager at Vantec Hitachi Transport System (USA), Inc. for their Canton, MS location. Christina has held numerous HR Management roles for various organizations including areas in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and education.

Christina has her Master's in Business Administration from University of Phoenix (2009), Bachelors in Management from University of Phoenix (2005) and is currently pursuing her Doctorates in Management (2024). Christina also serves as a Board member of the Pinal County Workforce Development Board.
Christina earned through her third Dan in Uechi Ryu Karate and owned her own school for many years. In 2012, Christina was named as a top 50 Business Women Leaders of the State of Mississippi by the MS Economic Council.
Christina is a huge military supporter as well as serving a short stint in the Air National Guard. She received the National Military Spouse of the year by the National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers association in 2005.

Dr. Estrada has been Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1993, and was recertified in 2003 by the American Board of Gynecology. He is a Fellow and member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Marcela Salinas has over 20 years of experience in the health field working in a Federally Qualified Health Center, Public Health Operations, Management and Leadership. Marcela has provided direct oversight managing multiple Public Health clinic sites, services and management and oversight of federal grant programs, primarily focusing on the underserved. Marcela is a passionate leader; remains patient centered, has a strong passion for helping others and strives to overcome barriers in achieving access to care to better improve individuals' quality of life and improve patient health outcomes.
Marcela holds a Master's in Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Marcela has successfully completed a Hispanic Leadership program through the Hispanic Leadership Institute (HLI).
Marcela has extensive knowledge and firsthand understanding of the challenges the communities face, specifically in the rural communities and strives to achieve quality services and positive patient outcomes.
On her spare time, she loves to eat, go for walks, socialize, and spend time with her family. She has one son and an adorable dog Coco.

Matt has worked for rural areas his whole career in Pharmacy. From his time as a pharmacy technician at a local hospital to his current role as Director of Pharmacy, rural healthcare has always been a passion of his.
Matt went to K-12 in Casa Grande, AZ and took his pharmacy school prerequisites at Central Arizona College in Coolidge, AZ. Dr. Bertsch graduated from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in 2012 with his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree. Dr. Bertsch began with Sun Life Health as a Clinical Pharmacist in January 2013 and went on to become Director of Pharmacy in July 2015.
Matt oversees pharmacy services at Sun Life Health's six in-house community pharmacies, operations of Sun Life Health's clinical pharmacy program, and medication management and distribution throughout Sun Life Health's 13 practice sites. Dr. Bertsch also oversees the organization's Diabetes Self-Management Education Program and the Chronic Care Management Program. He assists in the oversight of clinical integration of ancillary services. Dr. Bertsch serves as the Residency Program Director (RPD) for Sun Life Health's Community Pharmacy Residency Program, which is now accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). He also serves as a pharmacy preceptor for the University of Arizona and Midwestern University-Glendale and remains active as a guest lecturer for Quality Improvement at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy.
