Alan Johnson started his career in 1965 in Sydney, Australia. Alan was a partner of Kay, Ridhalgh & Partners from 1975 to 1982. Alan was a partner of Bird, Cameron Australia from 1982 to 1987. Alan finally came to Hong Kong in 1987 and joined Horwath Hong Kong. Alan was appointed as the CEO of the Hong Kong office of Horwath International in 1989. He was invited to join the Executive Council of Horwath International in 1990. A majority interest in the fiduciary division of Horwath in Hong Kong was acquired by a subsidiary of UBS in 1990; the division eventually became wholly owned by the Intertrust Group in 1997. Intertrust was acquired by the Fortis Group in 2002. In 1998 Alan was invited to join the Executive Board of the Intertrust Group, an international trust company and at the beginning of 2001 he was appointed Deputy Chairman which role he held until July 2002 when the Intertrust Group was acquired by Fortis at which time he was appointed Managing Director - Asia.
In 1993, 1996 and subsequently in 2003, Alan was a member of Horwath International's Strategic Planning Committee. He was appointed Regional Director for Asia of Horwath International in 1990 and continued in that role for a period of ten years until the end of 2000. At the beginning of 2001 he assumed the strategic role of Chairman of the Asia Pacific Region of Horwath International. Alan retired from Intertrust in August 2010 and subsequently joined KCS in September 2011 after the expiration of his restrictive covenants. He played a key role in the sale of KCS to the TMF Group in 2014.
Alan acquired a strategic interest in Sino Corporate services in December 2015 and was appointed Chairman of its Board of Directors Alan became the Chairman of the Financial Services Committee of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong in 1999 and held the position until 2000; he became a director of AustCham in 1999, was elected as Vice Chairman early 2000, elected as Chairman in November 2000 and re-elected consecutively from 2001 to 2006. He continues to be a director.
Alex joined Sino Corporate Services Limited as CEO in 2016 which provide full range of services to Corporate Clients, Private Clients, Fund Managers and Business Advisory Services to business owners from different jurisdictions.

Jason joined Sino Corporate Services (China) Limited as Managing Director in May 2017. His expertise includes greenfield FDI projects, M&As, corporate taxation, PE taxation and expatriate taxation. Before joining Sino, Jason managed both Intertrust Shanghai and Intertrust Guangzhou, and advised foreign invested enterprises extensively on tax and business restructuring.
