He started his career at Thomson Reuters, one of the world's largest legal publishing companies, where he taught online legal research to students at 5 of the most prestigious law schools in the US for 4 years. Kılınç, who continued his career as a legal consultant in 2004, took a new direction by establishing and managing his own law firm based in Ankara in 2008 and has been continuing his career as an attorney in Istanbul since 2013.
As an experienced transactional lawyer specializing in Commercial and Corporate Law, Ayhan Kılınç has worked as lead counsel in dozens of M&A transactions for over fifteen years and was appointed as CEO in 2021, perhaps a first for legal practice in Turkey.
Joining SRP-Legal in 2023 as Partner & CEO, Ayhan Kılınç devotes a large part of his work to embedding the next generation management model, while at the same time, as Partner, he works with SRP-Legal's expert legal team on complex legal matters.

Dr. Çiğdem Ayözger Öngün is the founder and managing partner of SRP-Legal in Istanbul, Turkey, has extensive experience in Technology, Media and Communications Law, Financial Technology Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Competition Law and Data Protection and Privacy Law.
Piyal, mainly deals with Trade / E-Commerce; Data Protection / Privacy; Technology and Contracts in SRP-Legal Law Office. These are also areas where SRP-Legal's expertise is at the same time. Prior to working with SRP-Legal, Piyal worked as a lawyer in leading international and local law firms in Istanbul. She focused on helping clients in a wide range of legal areas including cross-border investments, international business transactions, acquisitions, finance transactions and regulatory compliance.
Piyal has experience with multinational clients in financial services, fintechs, technology, manufacturing and retail for cross border acquisitions, regulatory compliance, international joint ventures corporate and commercial activities, and transactions including corporate maintenance work and contract drafting. She acted for sellers, strategic buyers and PE clients in M&A projects and has substantial experience in capital venture investments.
Att. Gazali Soysal has extensive experience in Contracts Law, Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Competition Law and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms. Soysal provides legal advice to locally and internationally recognized companies, especially those operating in the fields of automotive, construction, real estate and logistics. She focuses on existing or potential legal issues the companies may encounter during their usual commercial operations and she recommends preventive methods to minimize the occurrence or impact of such issues. She ensures that the processes that companies are involved in regarding their business and transactions are carried out in a not only legal but also a strategic manner in line with the interests of the Client.
Soysal has previously worked in Turkey's leading law firms and provided legal consultancy, litigation and project management services to national and multinational companies in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Trade Secrets Protection.
She is a member of Izmir Bar Association and speaks English, French and Arabic.

Before joining SRP-Legal Team, Nazmi Karyağdı worked at the Ministry of Finance as Chief Tax Auditor and Head of Strategy Development Department at the Revenue Administration. During his tenure as Head of Strategy Development Department, he brought the Tax Communication Center, the first professional call center project of the public sector, to Türkiye
After his professional experience in the public sector, Mr. Karyağdı worked as a tax management coordinator in Türkiye's leading telecommunication companies group and lectures as a guest lecturer at Istanbul Gedik University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor.
Karyağdı has published numerous articles and 9 books in various journals and newspapers in the fields of Tax Law, Accounting, Capital Markets, Total Quality Management, Management and Finance.
Mr. Karyağdı is a member of the Tax Council of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, a member of the Executive Board of the Informatics Association of Turkey and has served as the President of the Ankara Branch of the Turkish Quality Association.
