Rosario has 2 decades of experience working in the tablet compression industry. His expertise includes tablet press setup, troubleshooting and engineering project management, which spans from the granulation phase to packaging stage in solid-dose manufacturing. Rosario has extensive experience with double-layer and triple layer tablets, and has been instrumental in improving efficiency and eliminating production failures for multiple pharmaceutical manufacturers. His expert knowledge of troubleshooting, press design, setup, and R&D provides customers with a valuable resource to help them maintain their equipment as well as improve efficiencies. Rosario is also an IPS (Integrated Packaging Systems) certified technician. In addition to his technical expertise, Rosario has in-depth knowledge of FDA, EU and DEA requirements, and has developed SOPs for many safety and production situations. His experience in training and troubleshooting the solid dose process in both wet and dry granulation makes him uniquely qualified to lead the team at the service center at Tablet Compression Resource.
