SWISSCANONICA is a family run business; originally founded by Andre Canonica in 1948. He started with a small ice cream stand, before creating and running all the concessions in Geneva Airport for many years. Later his wife, Ginette, took over and ran the business for many years. Since 2002, their son Vincent has been leading the company on the path of global transformation. SWISSCANONICA now operates outlets in airports across Switzerland, U.A.E and USA... SwissCanonicaCatering is a brand of Canonica Restaurant & Catering LLC, which has been operating in Dubai since 2015. Together, they are part of the SWISSCANONICA Group, which draws on seventy years' of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
