The Foundry makes large sized, castings in short/small series. It is done on two lines by hand molding, based on furan resin - catalyst - quartz sand mixture. The weight of 1 casting is up to 25 000 kg / 55 100 Lbs... These are done on an Automatic Molding Line in average or large series. The molding mixture is "GREEN SAND"- bentonite - quartz sand. Castings Weights are from 6 kg to 220 kg (13 Lbs. to 484 Lbs... The company has implemented Integrated Management System and maintains certificates under BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015; BDS EN ISO 14001: 2015; BDS ISO 45001:2018. Separate from this, we have Audits form all Large Companies, prior to give us a Purchase Order and become our Customers.
