Dan is responsible for building operational excellence at Technitask across program delivery, talent acquisition, and organizational development. His systems thinking perspective allow him to structure and build program delivery teams that put our clients' mission first and deliver long-term results. Throughout his career, Dan has partnered with clients at critical inflection points to dive into their operations, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and synthesized data-driven insights that drive their business forward. Beyond client delivery work, Dan is also responsible for building internal business structures and processes at Technitask, including people operations, financial operations, and business strategy.

Grant brings a wealth of experience as a senior architect, security, and delivery lead. With over 25 years of experience building and leading IT teams in the design and implementation of secure technology solutions on enterprise business transformation projects. His experience spans technical design and technology leadership capabilities in ERP's, custom web solutions, architecture, security (all aspects), BASIS, cloud, enterprise system integration, development, legacy migration and integration, disaster recovery, and business continuity. He brings a vast knowledge of development, integration, and architecture to deliver business transformation using modern technologies.
Throughout his career, Grant has repeatedly led organizations through strategic IT transformations from IT strategy development, RFP strategy and vendor selection, architecture strategy and design, and program implementation. Grant's deep experience in working with SAP and systems integrators has enabled him to consistently deliver long-term results for his clients across complex situations from post-M&A IT integration to greenfield implementations to upgrades and migrations.
Paul is a versatile operations and IT executive with a passion for delivering transformational business improvements. His broad range of skills and experience allow him to make quick and significant impacts on a business. His experiences range from working with small private startup businesses to directly managing large global operations. Paul is an executive who understands how environments where internal and external relationships, and building and growing a strong team, are critical to business success.

Paul's personal contributions range from strategy development and communication to hands-on execution.
