Lorne believes everyone needs a plan to get to their destination in life, whether it's financial or personal. He sets goals for himself and his clients and he is driven to succeed because it's in his nature. Lorne was a senior finance executive in the mortgage lending industry before joining his wife Suzanne in her real estate business. Lorne has been a real estate investor for over 30 years and brings considerable experience to the sales team. He offers tremendous knowledge of cottage and rural properties and the challenges they can pose and he has vast knowledge of the GTA, particularly Toronto, Durham Region and York Regions. He focuses his real estate services in Port Perry, Uxbridge, Bowmanville, Pickering, Newcastle, Peterborough and Lindsay.
Honesty and Integrity are two of his strongest qualities, he is not satisfied until his clients truly understand the real estate process and risks associated with buying and selling real estate. He will always put his client's best interest first and foremost. His ability to see the big picture and develop innovative strategies in the business world has provided him with a solid grounding to help his clients achieve their real estate dreams. When not helping his clients Lorne spends his time with Suzanne and their children. Lorne is an avid motorcyclist, loves to golf and give back to his community.

Over the past number of years, Suzanne and her team has been recognized as a top performing REALTOR and has received the President's Gold Award, recognizing her as one of the top 10% of all Sales Representatives nationally in 2014 and 2015, and was a Director's Platinum recipient as part of the top 5% nationally of all sales representatives in 2016. Suzanne became a Broker in 2016 and recieved the Award of Excellence in 2017 with Royal Lepage. Suzanne has consitently obtained the Master Sales Award since 2018. When not helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, Suzanne enjoys golfing, tennis, boating the Trent/Severn waterway, volunteering in her local community, and spending time with her husband and two children.
