Bryan B. Todd

With over 30 years of experience, Bryan B. Todd offers an impressive track record when it comes to wills and trusts, real estate, business, and probate law. Bryan provides outstanding legal services to the people of Salt Lake City and neighboring communities. Bryan has a very strong legal background and a tremendous depth of experience. He began his law practice in Phoenix, Arizona in 1984, then practiced in Washington, D.C. from 1986 until 1992, when he returned home to Salt Lake City. He has been a shareholder with several of Salt Lake City's most prominent firms, including Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough and Parsons Behle & Latimer. Gregory C. Zaugg

Greg Zaugg designs and implements multi-generational estate planning strategies for individuals and high-net-worth families. This includes the creation of wills, trusts, business entities, asset protection strategies and charitable organizations. Greg serves on the Board of Trustees of Friends for UPD K-9, a Utah nonprofit organization, and is a board member of the Pi Fund, a local donor-advised fund. Kate Nance

Kate focuses her practice on estate planning, special needs planning, guardianships, probate, and Medicaid qualification. She is a past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Utah State Bar. Kate is passionate about issues facing vulnerable adults and has developed training for law enforcement, prosecutors, and social workers to recognize and respond to elder abuse, particularly elder financial exploitation. She has trained police officers, attorneys, and social services workers throughout the state. Kate has also developed materials to educate older and vulnerable adults on protecting themselves from scams and financial exploitation. A Salt Lake City native, Kate graduated from Westminster College. She then attended the University of California Hastings College of Law, where she was a technical editor for the Hastings Law Journal and graduated magna cum laude. Following graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Howard R. Lloyd in the Northern District of California. She is a member of the Utah State Bar. Leland S. (Lee) McCullough

Leland S. (Lee) McCullough is a primary owner of The McCullough Group LLC, specializing in tax, estate, and asset protection planning. He is a past Chairman of the Board of a federal savings and loan association, having been appointed to this position by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and he is a member of the Board of Trustees of various college and hospital foundations. Lee has written and lectured in professional and trade associations such as The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants, The Utah Bar Association, The Phillip Heckerling Institute, real estate associations, and other trade associations. Lee is also been nationally recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© and Madison Who's Who. Mark J. Morrise

Mark J. Morrise received his law degree in 1982. Before beginning private law practice in 1985, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable I. Daniel Stewart on the Utah Supreme Court. He is a fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, is a past chair of the Estate Planning Section of the Utah State Bar, and is a member of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. He is also a faculty member at Lorman Educational Servicesand the National Business Institute. Mark is a frequent speaker and presenter at estate planning seminars, including "A Primer on Estate Planning in Utah," "The Probate Process from Start to Finish," and "The Eight Greatest Estate Planning Techniques in Utah." Past speeches and presentations include, "Twenty Common Estate Planning Mistakes and How to Avoid Them," "Insurance Issues in Probate," "Creditors' Claims and Estate Administration," "Sale to a Grantor Trust and Variations," and "The Zeoed-Out GRAT." Russell D. Harris

Russ Harris has maintained a general civil law practice for 25 years. Russ' clients include businesses and individuals. Russ helps his clients conduct business transactions and represents them when they have disagreements that are litigated. Russ has assisted companies to transact all types of business. Russ has reviewed or drafted equipment leases, sales contracts, real estate leases, software and film licenses, loan agreements, promissory notes, and any other agreements that come up every day in the business setting. Furthermore, Russ has drafted and advised clients regarding their employment policies, handbooks, and practices, including employment agreements, non-disclosure, and non-competition agreements. Russ has assisted his clients to protect their valuable intellectual property via copyright and trademark prosecution and enforcement actions. Russ has advised clients with regard to complying with governmental laws and regulations, including without limitation, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and Title VII discrimination matters. When disagreements arise, Russ encourages mediation and other negotiated resolutions for the best interests of his clients. In those instances when negotiated resolutions are not possible, Russ has represented his clients to prosecute or defend their claims in state and federal courts.
