Julian is a Widener University graduate with a degree in business marketing management. He is a lifelong resident of Washington Township, where he has been very active in the community from playing basketball to now coaching a travel team. Julian is also familiar with the shore areas, specifically Wildwood NJ, where he spent his last 4+ summers serving as GM of a water-sport company.

Ray Rapposelli is an active duty service member in the United States Navy, as well as a Washington Township native. As someone with a passion for the community, he is also a member of the Washington Township High School football coaching staff. During his time in the Navy he was able to pursue classes in home inspection, which provides a unique perspective to details in the homes of customers that he works with.
