Cooper Drury is the Dean of the College of Arts and Science and Professor in the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs at the University of Missouri. He earned his BA and MA from Michigan State University and his PhD from Arizona State University.
His primary research and teaching interests focus on foreign policy. Specifically, he studies the causes, outcomes, and consequences of economic sanctions. Professor Drury has authored or co-authored two books, an award-winning textbook, and over two dozen articles and chapters.
A committed teacher, Professor Drury has trained 25 doctoral students and has been awarded multiple teaching and mentorship awards. In his field, Professor Drury served as editor-in-chief of Foreign Policy Analysis, as the 2016 International Studies Association program co-chair, was awarded the Foreign Policy Analysis Distinguished Scholar Award, Quincy Wright Distinguished Scholar Award, and the Ladd Hollist Service Award.
At the University of Missouri, he has served as department chair, on the faculty council and intercampus faculty council, and led numerous campus and system-level committees.

Bradley R. Curs is Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Economics at the University of Oregon in August 2005. His research has primarily focused on the efficacy of financial aid programs, at the national, state and institutional level, in increasing access to higher education for low-income students. His teaching portfolio includes: the economics of education, higher education finance, overview of higher education, higher education policy, educational policy studies, college access, and quantitative methods in educational research.

Carli Conklin joined the law faculty at University of Missouri in 2011.
After completing a B.S. in English and an M.A. in Education at Truman State University, Professor Conklin studied law and history at the University of Virginia through a joint J.D./M.A. program in American legal history. While at U.Va. Law, Professor Conklin was a Dillard Fellow and was awarded the School of Law's Madeleine and John Traynor Prize for her Master's thesis, which explored state court treatment of arbitration in early America. Professor Conklin served as Assistant Professor of History and Co-Creator/Co-Director of the Pre-Law Professional Program at John Brown University before returning to Virginia for her Ph.D. Her dissertation was an intellectual history of the meaning of the pursuit of happiness in the Declaration of Independence.

Hall's research examines interactions between social and ecological systems where science, policy, and culture meet. It is problem-oriented and audience-focused addressing questions of how to make usable knowledge for transitions towards sustainability. He is currently working on long-term water resources planning, engaging citizens in stream data collection for hydrologic modeling, and citizen-engaged policy approaches to address declines in native bee diversity and abundance.
Dana Angello, PhD strives to teach public servants to think critically about existing government structures and encourage the incorporation of the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion in their work.
During her time working in city government, Dana increased staff's capacity to use data for decision making. She coached public health and human services divisions such as Immigrant Affairs, Community Health and Wellness, and Disease Prevention through the process of developing metrics and data collection processes to monitor progress toward goals.
Dana has also developed and delivered a curriculum to increase data literacy, allowing human services providers with knowledge about using community indicator data, creating SMART goals, developing program metrics, and visualizing data for analysis.
Her work in the community with nonprofits reflects her passion for amplifying the voices of communities that traditionally have less power in decision making.She has worked with nonprofits to empower youth voices. She also has organized community seminars designed to introduce community members to local government officials and opportunities for civic engagement.
Dana received her Masters degree and PhD from University of Missouri. She has a decade of experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Among her research experience includes analysis of equitable access to public services and descriptive representation's impact on policy that benefits communities of color and other minority groups.
She owns her own consulting business, helping governments and non-profits to fulfill their missions by using data with cultural responsiveness and equity in mind.

Dr. Michael A. Diamond is Professor Emeritus of Public Affairs and Organization Studies, University of Missouri, Columbia. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland in 1981. His more than 35 years of writing, teaching, and research are focused on the nexus of psychoanalysis, organizational politics and culture. Following publication of his (1993) book, The Unconscious Life of Organizations, Diamond was awarded the 1994 Harry Levinson Award for Excellence in Consulting Psychology from the American Psychological Association. He also received the 1999 William T. Kemper Fellow for Excellence in Teaching and the 2005 Faculty-Alumni Award from the University of Missouri. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has authored and co-authored many books including his newest (2017) book Discovering Organizational Identity, University of Missouri Press. His earlier (2009) book, Private Selves in Public Organizations, published by Palgrave Macmillan. He is a practicing organizational consultant working with public, private, and nonprofit organizations. He is currently on the editorial boards of Psychoanalysis, Culture, & Society, Organisational and Social Dynamics, and Administration & Society. He is past-president and founding member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO), past member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and past member of the International Society of Political Psychology (ISPP). He is chief editor of Advances in Organizational Psychodynamics book series published by The University of Missouri Press (UMP). He serves on the steering committee of the L.J. Gould Center for Systems-Psychoanalytic Studies of the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research (IPTAR) in New York. He lives and works in Manhattan.

Dr. Arteaga is an Associate Professor at the Truman School of Public Affairs, University of Missouri. Her research seeks to understand the consequences of early childhood investments over the life course. Specifically, Dr. Arteaga examines the role of contextual factors and program dosage, intensity, and components on children's well-being. James Endersby (Professor) has been with the Department of Political Science since 1991. He received his Ph.D. in 1990 from the University of Texas and specializes in American politics and government, political behavior (voting and elections), formal political theory, and research methods. Sara Gable is Director of the Institute of Public Policy in the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs. Her research centers on national and state policy for child care and early education and three- to five-year olds' mathematical development. With MU colleagues Dave Geary, Jordan Booker, and Jessica Rodrigues, they are undertaking a longitudinal study of young children's math learning experiences at preschool and at home with the aim of developing a multi-system intervention to improve children's math knowledge and skills at kindergarten entry (Multisystemic approach to early math development and math learning disability; P20 HD109951). From 2016-2019, Sara was the Faculty Fellow in the MU Office of Research and Economic Development and provided leadership for the university's internal funding programs.

Sarah Diem, PhD., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri. Her research focuses on the social and cultural contexts of education, paying particular attention to how the politics and implementation of educational policies affect outcomes related to equity and diversity within public schools.
