Kelly studied Interior Design at Algonquin College in the advanced studio program and has worked in the interior design field since 1996 where he honed his craft and developed a reputation of creating innovative interiors in the fledgling condominium market. Since then, he has collaborated with a diverse clientele that spans both the luxury private residential and multi-family development sectors. He is currently overseeing several high-profile condominium projects, including Untitled, a collaboration with artist Pharrell Williams and Reserve Properties that will see the rise of two Japanese-inspired contemporary towers in Toronto's Broadway and Eglinton Avenue West neighbourhood. His numerous accolades attest to design solutions that elevate lifestyles and the built environment, while also exceeding client goals. Kelly draws inspiration from popular culture and his many travels throughout North America, Europe and Asia; he has journeyed twice to China to receive the International Council of Interior Architects and Designers RING award. He's also been recognized closer to home by industry experts such as BILD (The Building and Land Development), ARIDO (The Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario) and The National Sales & Marketing Council.
Kelly sees the built environment as an opportunity to create something memorable and valuable for end users and clients alike. Collaborating closely with his team ensures that diverse voices are involved in the creative process to ultimately arrive at captivating and highly livable projects.

Neil's experience in the design and design management of luxury homes and large-scale residential projects is defined by an insightful ability to interpret a client's vision with a holistic approach. His strong client focus and attention to detail encompasses all aspects of the design process; establishing client trust and creating environments based on their lifestyle and experiences.
Neil is a graduate of Ryerson University's Interior Design program; he is NCIDQ certified and has completed specialty studies in glass blowing, woodworking and printmaking. Drawing from a broad base of skill sets and experience, Neil has completed projects throughout North America and the Caribbean; resulting in widespread industry and public recognition. Examples of his work have been published in numerous publications including, Azure, House & Home, Bridge and featured in Architecture & Design in Barbados. He most recently was honoured with an award by the Association of Registered Interior Designer's of Ontario (ARIDO) for his design of a 25,000 square foot private residence.
