Christopher Grim

Christopher Grim serves as a Partner for Grennan Fender CPAs, leading their Outsourced Accounting Department. He has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting and financial management. Prior to joining Grennan Fender, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer for a defense contractor, and he has held senior positions in a number of highly regarded accounting firms, where he was chiefly responsible for audit and financial review functions. Chris has served clients in a variety of industries including construction and real estate, defense, nonprofit, manufacturing, distribution, and technology. Chris possesses an MBA from Rollins College in Florida and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware, and has been a licensed CPA in the State of Florida since 1999. Chris also serves as Board President of the Art & History Museums - Maitland.

Geoffrey S. Gallo

Geoffrey S. Gallo brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, financial and operations experience in various industries to his role as Sr. Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Consulting at Orlando CPA firm Grennan Fender. Using his broad expertise in strategic planning implementation, tax planning, incentive compensation, asset protection and estate planning, Geoffrey works with business owners to identify needs and solutions, with a specific focus on helping them achieve their growth and exit goals. Leading the firm's channel marketing programs, he also directs building strategic alliance partnerships for the firm, bringing other professionals together to seamlessly deliver on all components of Grennan Fender's comprehensive planning process and value proposition. Most recently, Mr. Gallo was Chief Marketing Officer for Nperspective CFO Services, where he spearheaded the development of strategic alliance partnerships as well as led the firm's Exit Strategy Consulting for small to mid-sized businesses. Prior to this, Mr. Gallo was Chief Operations Officer for a Houston, Texas-based firm, spearheading turnaround efforts for international manufacturing and distribution companies within the Oil & Gas Industry. Building organizational consensus through strategic planning initiatives consistently resulted in significantly lower operating costs and revenue growth. Mr. Gallo also spent six years as Vice President of Sales & Client Strategies at Doeren Mayhew, a nationally ranked Top 100 CPA firm. Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, Geoffrey directed and led the firm's sales organization in the Texas market. He was personally responsible for generating $10 million of new revenue into the firm during a six-year period. In addition to developing and implementing business planning strategies at some of the largest financial institutions in the United States, Geoff's background also includes involvement in international operations and product development. In the 1990s, Geoffrey became an equity partner in an American joint venture of a dairy production facility in Poland. His leadership led to an increase of sales, over a three-year period, in excess of $10 million per year. In addition to expanding the company's distribution network by 100 percent, he reduced costs by 40 percent utilizing partnerships he created and brokered. In 1997, Geoffrey facilitated the sale of the company to a multi-billion dollar French conglomerate. Mr. Gallo is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Exit Planner (CExP). A graduate of Bucknell University, he was a four-year letterman in Varsity Football and Lacrosse. He also holds a Second Degree Black Belt in Chinese Kenpo and is active with his son's ice hockey team, golf and karate. Native New Yorkers, Geoffrey and his wife Annmarie, live in Central Florida with their three children.

Jed is an involved member of the Central Florida community. He has served in leadership positions for a number of nonprofit and community organizations, including: Crimeline, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Gator Club of Central Florida, Saint Margaret Mary Church and School, and others. Jed is also a member of River Run Church and the UCF Small Advisory Board, Bank of Business Professionals.
