Aida is the receptionist and administrative support for the firm. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Alex has brought his unique background to the firm. He started in audit and assurance where he managed both private and PCAOB engagements from $0-$500 million in revenue. He gained many years of experience managing reverse mergers and IPOs for clients from $0-$200 million in revenue. His past work in audit and assurancegave him experience in real estate services, professional services, e-commerce, advertising, and manufacturing. He also has many years of experience as a Corporate Controller for financial institutions, advertising, and e-commerce companies where he oversaw multiple mergers and acquisitions. He also built up over a decade of tax planning experience in individual, partnership, and corporate tax as well. He specializes in private equity investments, real estate, small business, start-ups, and professional services.
Amy is our Tax Senior Associate who is also a Certified Public Accountant. She provides a wide range of services focusing on small businesses. Amy graduated from McKendree University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and learning languages, trying out new restaurants and spending time with her family.
Brian Winter has quickly made a name for himself as an enthusiastic advisor for countless clients in the firm by following in his father Kevin's footsteps. His years of experience have led to an interest and expertise in the area of small business advising, having assisted a variety of businesses such as healthcare professionals, small manufacturers, and real estate professionals in shaping intelligent tax solutions to their unique needs.

Cindy Cazun, is a tax staff accountant with 13+ years of accounting experience. Acquiring a bachelor's degree in accountancy and a minor in communications studies from California State University Long Beach. She has extensive experience working with individuals, businesses, and organizations. Specializing in tax preparation, audits and financial reporting.
In her personal life, Cindy enjoys outdoor swimming, mud runs, home improvement projects, and dancing salsa at local dining venues.
Lu is a bookkeeper for the firm. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
Nicholas Rodriguez has 6+ years of experience working on individual and corporate tax returns. Nicholas specializes in individuals, sole proprietors, and clients with small business components. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching/playing soccer.

Peggy Fowler is our office manager and bookkeeper. She has many years of invaluable experience. Her expertise in office management, bookkeeping and Quickbooks enables her to assist clients with all their accounting needs.

He greatly appreciates the value of financial literacy and budgetary consideration when relating to clients and their needs. In his free time, he enjoys reading history books, spending time with his family, trying out new restaurants, and planning the next camping trip.
Mr. Reindl earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the University of South Alabama and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He has over thirteen years of
