Frank, with a combination of 28 years of investment experience and a personable attitude, is an invaluable asset when creating sound investment plans for his clients. He especially enjoys working with clients who are preparing to retire or are already retired, helping to ensure that they have the right plan to meet their retirement dreams. Background Prior to joining WSFS Wealth Investments, Frank was vice president of investments at Citizens Investment Services (formerly Dreyfus Investment Services), where he was responsible for the sale and service of investment products to individuals and businesses. Frank began his career in marketing with John Hancock Insurance Company in Philadelphia. He then spent the next seven years with Prudential Insurance Company of America, serving as a manager in the sales and marketing departments. In 1996, Frank joined Dreyfus Investment Services and spent eight years designing and implementing successful sales and marketing plans. Personal Frank is a graduate of Widener University, where he earned a BS in psychology and personnel management. He is a resident of Lewes, Delaware, where he lives with his wife of 32 years and their youngest son, Evan, who is in high school. Frank's wife, Romaine, works as a para-educator with special needs children for the Cape Henlopen school district. Frank's oldest son, Frank, is a Maryland state trooper, and his middle child is a captain in the Army. In addition to investments, Frank is very passionate about youth sports-particularly football. He has coached for 17 years. He also loves classic cars and owns a 1973 Ford Mustang convertible.

Frank Hines

Frank has been working in the financial services industry since 1995. He currently serves as our OSJ delegate and registered client service associate for WSFS Wealth Investments. In his role, he assists with the supervision of operations, surveillance, and compliance functions for the investment and advisory activities of all WSFS Wealth Investments associates. Prior to joining WSFS Wealth Investments in 2021, Frank spent the previous 25 years working at Susquehanna International Group. During his tenure there, he spent time in trade execution on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and as a trade assistant on the Equity Options and Derivatives team, as well as the ETF Trading and Sales team. Frank holds a BS in business administration from Pennsylvania State University. Personal Frank currently resides in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Deirdre, and their two sons, Caleb and Declan. Frank is originally from Philadelphia and spends his free time as a youth ice hockey coach for his local hockey club.

Kevin Dolan

Kevin has been working in the financial services industry since the early 1990s, initially as an advisor housed within First Fidelity Bank's footprint. After gaining invaluable experience and learning the basics, he chose to explore the distribution side of financial services and has spent the majority of his 30-year career working side by side with advisors to grow their practices through solution-based education. Kevin's career seems to have come full circle upon joining WSFS as a registered financial professional in early 2024. Kevin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in business administration/finance. Personal Kevin currently resides in Broomall, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Joanne, and they are proud parents of three adult children. Their oldest son lives in New York City and works in the financial sector. Their oldest daughter is a travel nurse currently living and working in Charleston, South Carolina, and their youngest daughter will be finishing her senior year at the University of Scranton in spring of 2025. Since starting at WSFS Wealth Investments in 2009, Ted has been committed to assisting clients in reaching their investment and retirement goals. Through his easygoing personality and a conservative approach, Ted focuses on wealth preservation and creation based on the individual needs of each client. Each goal is reached by putting the client first and gathering as much information as possible to make the best investment decisions. Ted's goal is to forge a long-term relationship by making this sometimes confusing journey a simple process, where your ideas and comfort level are always the most important. Background Although he's always had a passion for investments, after graduating from the State University of New York at Cortland, Ted became a middle school science teacher in Queens, New York. It was during this time that he decided to pursue his career in financial services and began working for T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills, Maryland. While at T. Rowe Price, Ted honed his investment knowledge and skills. An opportunity later arose to relocate back to the New York City area, where Ted began working for E*TRADE Financial in its flagship Park Avenue branch and later in the Garden City, New York, location. This combination of teaching experience and financial knowledge allows Ted to clearly and concisely present ideas regarding finances, without all the financial services jargon. Ted earned the CFP® certification from the CFP Board in 2015. The CFP® mark certifies that he has met the CFP Board's requirements for education, examination, and experience. It also means that Ted abides by the CFP Board's Code of Ethics. Ted earned the AIF® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies in 2014. Personal Originally from the beautiful Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, Ted lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Kristin; son, Theo; and daughter, Caroline. During the summer months, Ted spends plenty of time trying to improve his golf game and the rest in his vegetable garden. Ted and his wife also enjoy traveling, and after several trips to Europe, including their honeymoon, make it a top destination. They also take an annual ski trip and have skied in Switzerland as well as domestically at Sun Valley, Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Squaw, and Heavenly, to name a few. When Ted is indoors, he enjoys cooking, wine tasting, and watching Philadelphia sports.

Trevor Conlon - VP

Trevor partners with people who realize they can't be experts at everything and value the long-term benefits of someone who specializes in finance. He's young enough to keep up with the ever-changing trends in the industry, the economy, and the world, but experienced enough to understand the risks that abound, and keeps the longer-term goals of his clients in perspective at all times. Trevor predominantly serves client needs under a fiduciary structure. This structure allows for creativity and flexibility in investment solutions but also ensures that clients' best interests are looked after at all times. Background Trevor is in his 23rd year with WSFS Wealth Investments and 25th overall as a financial advisor. His main concentrations are in individual asset and portfolio management, income generation, retirement planning, and 401(k) plan advisor services for businesses. He is an alumnus of LaSalle University in Philadelphia. Personal Trevor resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Cathy, daughter Leah, and son Ryan. Trevor has been involved with various organizations throughout his years at WSFS, including United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement of Delaware, and was previously the chairman of the Delaware Humane Association Finance Committee. Outside of WSFS, Trevor is involved in supporting the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes Foundation, LaSalle University men's basketball team, and runs for the Jessica Rekos Foundation's annual 200-mile relay race on Cape Cod. In his spare time, he enjoys varying degrees of success playing golf, yelling at several professional sports teams, speed chess, and adding to the number of countries he's visited (Italy, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Belgium, France, Spain, England, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Antigua, Aruba, Portugal, and the territory of Turks and Caicos).
