Brenda serves as President at YES Management and oversees all fiscal planning, budget management, accounting and risk management for the firm's properties. She has more than 20 years of experience in the property management and hospitality industries with a broad range of fiscal and operational, oversight responsibilities.
Prior to starting YES management Services, LLC she served as Controller for a third-party multifamily property management company where she oversaw all financial accounting responsibilities for 3,000 units and 15 condominium associations. Before joining the multifamily management company, she held the role of Partner/Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest property management companies in the Rocky Mountains, Resort Management Group in Colorado for 6 years. While there, she was responsible for full financial management and reporting for a fractured condo hotel of 342 rooms, and 22 homeowners associations with approximately 6,000 owners.
Prior joining Resort Management Group, she was Controller for Gold Point Lodging & Realty and Grand Timber Lodge, a developer and real estate company that built 5-star timeshare resorts in Breckenridge, and a hotel with sales in excess of $11M. She was responsible for Accounting, Contract Processing and Human Resources including financial statements for 7 separate entities, escrow accounting, construction draws, implementing and administering 401(k) and 125k health insurance plans, creation and a management of employee manual and employee orientation.

As Regional Manager of YES, Deanna handles all the Operations side of the company. Prior to coming on board with YES she was a Regional Manager for over 1,450 units and 5 condominiums.
Deanna's property management experience spans over 12 years, with expertise in new construction, lease ups, sales, condominium conversions, and property re-positioning.
Deanna holds a Community Association Manager license from the State of Florida.
