AbdulHussain advices Zunopy on Customer Support program, including account management, technical services. AbdulHussain has a rich background with 15 years of experience in client management and technology. He has worked with companies like Microsoft, L&T, NTT Data and a few start-ups. In his prior experiences expanding 15 years, he grew his organization's customer success efforts from a small team of consultants to a highly regarded global organization that managed the entire client portfolio, including the account management, customer support and customer success teams. He has worked extensively for India and Japan Markets and is also fluent speaker of Japanese.

Farzana heads Marketing and Finance and oversees our product strategy and financials. Farzana has been working in diverse range of information and communication technologies since 2003 including content, content delivery, infotainment, profiling, data communication, performance management and advertising. Farzana has 10 years of experience within the strategy and finance field. During her career she has overseen many functions including strategic business planning, business development, account management, budgeting, financial planning and P&L. Farzana holds a MSC in Computer Science from the University of Pune.

Fatema is highly passionate about bringing quality into education. She drives Zunopys Vision and Strategy. Prior to Zunopy, Fatema spent 12 years building a variety of technology products. She has worked with companies like EFI, Siemens Communication Systems and NTT Data. In her prior stints Fatema has been involved in creating world class IT products from printing and chip fabrication to Telecom application sectors. Her products experience has been mostly for USA and India Markets. Fatema has done her masters from Devi Ahilya University and Entrepreneurship certification course from IIM Bangalore.

Zahid has worked with multiple companies in various countries like Australia, USA etc. In his 15 years of industry experience he focused on organization technology research and building ecosystem of profitable partnerships. His primary background is in software development, architecture and designing security integrations. Due to his passion for learning how students learn, he has kept himself busy with various gigs in the space of education - including (and not limited to) teaching high school kids in very challenging environments to designing the adaptive learning platform at Zunopy!
