Our HR team provides comprehensive support and advice to schools around recruitment, employment, attendance management and produce all employee contracts and variation letters. They advise on job descriptions and adverts; pay and grading of posts; probationary periods; assist with referrals to Occupational Health and management of short and long-term absences... Our schools are at the heart of the communities they serve. We will foster a sense of community throughout the Trust, within our schools, our local communities and within the wider education community.
