Ashraf is an experienced, proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware professional with over 18 years' experience in the construction industry. Ashraf has experience working as Principal Designer to various corporate and blue-chip Clients on major capital and new build projects along with many extensions, fit-out, relocation, refurbishment, and demolition schemes with project values from £100K to £250M.
Co-founder and Director of Simply CDM, Ciara is an established CDM professional with extensive experience in successfully delivering projects ranging from retail refurbishment and maintenance frameworks to £300 million residential-led mixed-use developments and new-build hospitals. Ciara brings a pragmatic and expert approach and is adept at encouraging best practices regarding CDM compliance on projects.
Co-founder and Director of Simply CDM, David has a proven track record in successfully delivering CDM services across a diverse range of projects, encompassing retail frameworks to £500 million mixed-use developments and associated local infrastructure. Known for a practical and personable approach, David prioritises clear communication and visibility with clients.
Nicholas is an Architect and designer with over 40 years' experience in the construction industry and was a Design Director at Skanska until 2022. From 2016 Nick took a leading role in setting up Skanska's in-house Principal Designer policies and procedures in response to the CDM Regulations 2015 and was subsequently responsible for delivering the Principal Designer role on behalf of the company on significant projects for clients such as the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Justice.
