Claire first joined Seasons Ecology in 2020 as a seasonal Assistant Ecologist. She has returned each season and is currently completing her MSc in Applied Ecology at the University of Gloucestershire. Over the past three seasons Claire has become experienced in undertaking a wide range of surveys including bat emergence/ re-entry/ transect surveys, reptile surveys and translocations, dormouse nest box and tube checks. Claire also completes desk studies and writes technical reports. Claire is part of our Tonedale team.
Emma joined Seasons Ecology in 2022. Since graduating Emma has gained experience in a range of ecological surveys including a range of bat surveys and dormouse surveys through previous seasonal ecologist and sub-contracting roles. Emma has also acted as an Ecological Clerk of Works and has extensive experience in GIS mapping. Emma is based in Bath.

Hannah Willis has been a practicing consultant for seven years and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management. Hannah holds survey licences for bats, dormice and great crested newt and has supported a range of projects through design, implementation and management/ monitoring. Hannah supports the Wiveliscombe office and is based in North Devon.
Kate has been a practising consultant for almost 20 years. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management. Kate has experience at all levels of ecological consulting and in all aspects from design to completion.
Licences: A holder of mitigation licences for badgers, bats and great crested newts and she has great crested newt and bat survey licences.
Moira oversees our Accounts department and provides administration support across the team
Monique is based in our Wiveliscombe office and provides valuable support to our team here.
Rich joined Seasons Ecology in January 2024 after having supported us the previous season as part of a career change. Whilst relatively new to ecological consultancy, Rich has a degree in environmental and conservation biology and over 15 years of experience in countryside management and landscaping. This practical experience coupled with a keen interest in all things ecology provides a great new dimension to our team and the services we provide. Rich is based in our Tonedale office.
