Ben and Matt have been running Softflow from the parents for many years now. Ben runs the installation team and has over 20 years experience of installing water softeners and can fit a water softener in almost any space. It has also been said that Ben is one of the best water softener engineers in the industry.
Brad joined us in 2016 as an apprentice from the Plume College in Maldon via his work-shadowing. He has shown massive potential, learning very quickly on the job. Brad is one of our installers for us at Softflow with the utmost care and professionalism.
Gill's main role is looking after the accounts and administration side of Softflow. Always willing to take on new projects within the business, Gill is an all-rounder and can be heard answering the phone too.
Iain joined us in 2017 and has fitted in with the rest of the team with his great sense of humour. Coming from a non water-softening world he soon understood what a fantastic company he has joined. Iain is ready and willing to deliver your salt or filters when you order online or over the phone.
Wife of Ben, like her sister-in-law Lorraine, deals with the ongoing enquiries with the day to day administration for Softflow. Karen's major role is with the filters and replacement products from us. So call and ask for Karen if you need a new filter or any after sales issues.

Joint owner of the business with his brother Ben, Matt looks after the sales and marketing side of things. Working for the family business for the last 30 years since the age of 16, Matt has a wealth of knowledge he can draw on. With his passion for the industry, he can share the benefits of softened water with clients old and new.
Sam came to us in the beginning of 2018 when he was introduced to us by a kitchen company next to our premises. He has been an 'absolute find'. We get a lot of very positive feedback from our customers about Sam. You can be very confident that your new water softener will be installed with the utmost care and professionalism.
