SunnyBay Lettings is a boutique property management and residential letting agency founded in April 2012. We have been operating since and are proud of our progress and establishment within the Wimbledon community... SunnyBay was founded by two good friends who share a passion for property management and lettings. We were disheartened to continuously come up against companies who relied on "canvassing", "ghost" advertising and marketing. We found that many agents provided a cold and unresponsive customer service... SunnyBay hopes to change this. SunnyBay is a way of living. Sunny evokes bright sunshine, happiness, positivity, passion and hope. For us a Bay is a place to stop to rest, home and peace. Here at SunnyBay, we hope to create the SunnyBay way of living.
