Eduard Hempel

Eduard has been active for over 40 years in residential and commercial property in the UK, Sri Lankan and Asian markets. At the early part of his career, he was a sales agent in prime Central London. He then moved into property management, design and build, development and investment. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the property industry and has undertaken many projects and deals over the years, sometimes as a principle and co-investor and sometimes on behalf of clients. Eduard has also been involved in various non-property businesses, such as in the food industry and the green economy.

Graham Balfour-Lynn

Graham is a qualified UK solicitor with a background in commercial, property and entertainment law. Since 1982 he has been engaged full-time in business, predominantly within the property world. In 1983, he co-founded Warwick Balfour Properties Ltd to re-develop single houses and flats in the best areas of central London. The company progressed on to larger multi-unit residential schemes and new-build office developments, and was eventually listed on the UK stock exchange as MWB Group Plc.

William Broadbent

William started his business career in the textile industry where he held senior management positions in a number of well known companies including Aquascutum. He was eventually appointed Managing Director of two subsidiaries of Courtney Investments, a property and textile group. In 1983 he was a co-founder and director of Warwick Balfour Properties, and project managed the company's many residential and commercial developments. When the company evolved into the listed MWB Group Plc, William was appointed the group design and development director primarily responsible for the company's wide-ranging portfolio of development activity. He was also responsible for numerous hotel developments for MWB subsidiaries, Malmaison hotels and Hotels Du Vin, and the company's service office arm, MWB Business Exchange Plc. At the same time, he was the development director of the De Vere Hotel and Conference Centre group, and its subsidiaries Village Hotels and Green's Health Clubs, which was a private joint venture between MWB directors and HSBC. Over the years, William has also carried out a considerable number of design-led, individual flat and house refurbishment projects in Central London through his own private company. He is currently a private investor in several multi-unit residential schemes in South England.
