Dom Ellis joined the team in 2010 to learn the ropes from his parents and experience Harlequin in each department. He is now our Director of Projects and Operations and travels all over the UK visiting customers and attending sector events.

By joining in the family business, Dom brings added stability and continuity to Harlequin.
Dom's main passions outside of work are cricket and hockey.
Before co-founding Harlequin, one of Kate's roles was as a senior buyer for M&S. For over 36 years, she has helped to build the business and has worn many hats. Kate's main focus is now on training our customers - her knowledge of how the charity sector operates in general is immense.
Kate comments: "The best thing about my role is speaking to our customers and helping them to get the most from our software. To work directly with such a wide variety of charities and seeing first-hand the work they do and witnessing their passion for their causes is very uplifting."
Kate loves eating out, travelling and being with her family members outside of Harlequin.
Martin has been with Harlequin for over 20 years, joining the organisation fresh from IT college. Martin's technical skills and passion for the charity sector and hospital arena have been central to the growth of the company.
Martin says: "I love seei ng the continued development of both the company and our products. This, coupled with our longer-term strategy, fills me with great pride and enthusiasm for the future. I will never tire of seeing how we help create a positive impact on the world through our solutions to the charity sector coupled with the sheer dedication of all our staff and partners."
Martin loves being with his family, musicals, horse riding and keeping fit.
Steve is an experienced software and systems developer with over 28 years of experience with previous roles at St John Ambulance and NCR.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys music, playing guitar and is an animal lover.
Tom Ellis - Founder, Managing Director

Tom is founder and managing director of Harlequin Software. His entire working life has been in IT and he led the development team for the first 20 years, designing the earlier versions of our software. With the growth of Harlequin, Tom decided to leave the programming to others and take up the full-time role of running the company and planning its on-going course.
Tom says: "Running Harlequin is and always has been a joyful challenge. I particularly enjoy our user group events. It's immensely satisfying that such a wide range of organisations use our software and I love actively networking with them, taking inspiration from them and continually enhancing our systems to meet their evolving requirements."
Tom's interests are classical music, cricket and horse racing. His favourite place is Venice, which provided the inspiration for our company name!
