Having used her Pilates training to help with her own rehabilitation after a hip replacement, she became particularly interested in the movement therapy side of Pilates Ann has gone on to train as a yoga teacher and with rehabilitation based Polestar Pilates. She is passionate about helping people gain better movement and confidence in their bodies

Nicola has years of training and experience in using behaviour change techniques such as motivational interviewing and neuro-linguistic programming to support individuals in making changes that matter the most to them.

Sam Harvey

After graduating in 2008 with a BSc Hon. Physiotherapy, Sam worked within the NHS for several years consolidating his knowledge in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics rehab, neurological rehab, and respiratory and critical care. Sam now specialises in sports and musculoskeletal medicine and treats a wide variety of patients, from office workers with postural conditions, to weekend warriors with tendon, ligament or bony injuries using hands-on manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription to achieve outstanding results. He specialises in amateur and professional athletes with acute injuries, providing progressions post-surgery and return-to-play protocols. Originally from London, Sam has spent the last few years working in Ireland where he gained a wealth of experience working with Cork City FC and Munster rugby players. He also treated the Cork U19 Gaelic Athletic Association Football Players and has recently taken up a physiotherapy role with Crystal Palace Football Club. As a county standard swimmer growing up, Sam understands the importance of physical fitness and mental wellbeing and keeps fit both in the gym and running, completing the 2017 London Marathon. Sam has also competed in the British Indoor Rowing Championships and several triathlons.

Shari Randall

Shari Randall graduated in 2008 from the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (honours) at Monash University in Australia. She then later went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate and Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Melbourne. Shari also has qualified as a Dance Medicine Australia Clinical Pilates Instructor. Shari is a holistic and experienced Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor whom has been consulting in private practice and teaching Clinical Pilates for 10 years. During this time she has treated many sporting injuries, and athletes. She has also worked in several private hospitals in Melbourne treating patients before and after spinal surgeries, joint replacements, arthroscopes, tendon repairs, amputation, and traumatic injuries. Shari also has vast experience in treating pre and post-natal mothers; in addition to this she also has experience in exercise therapy for the older population. As well as her clinical work, Shari has held teaching posts and has been a clinical examiner at both Monash and La Trobe Universities for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In London Shari is an invited examiner for the Sports Masters program at Queen Mary University and the Institute of Sports Exercise and Health with University College London. She is also the London Clinical Supervisor for the Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Masters Program with La Trobe University. In London, Shari works closely with the leading Spinal and Orthopaedic Surgeons from various specialties, Pain Specialist Consultants and Sports Doctors. Shari treats patients of all ages and fitness levels with musculoskeletal or sporting injuries. However her specialty is treating complex patients with multiple issues and persistent pain, in particular those patients with spinal pain. In her free time Shari enjoys reformer pilates, barre, yoga, running, skiing and was previously a competitive sailor.

Shideh Moshiri

Shideh originally graduated from the University of London (SOAS) and Westminster University with an Honours Degree in Art & Archaeology and a Masters in International Business & Management, and went on to a successful career in the Property industry. However, after falling in love with Pilates Shideh decided to take her career in a new direction and left the corporate world. She certified as a Personal Trainer at Premier Global, followed by continuing her training as a Pilates Instructor with STOTT. Shideh is very detailed and passionate about her teaching. She enjoys forming strong connections with her clients and is driven to providing the best possible outcomes.

Simon Gilchrist

Simon is an Australian physiotherapist who graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor Physiotherapy in 1998, he completed his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in Australia in 2005, and has achieved the sought after title of APA Sports Physiotherapist. Simon has recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Diagnostic Ultrasound. He likes to scan soft tissue pathology where appropriate including tendon and muscle tears and combines this with clinical reasoning to achieve diagnosis. Simon is a highly sought after practitioner with over 18 years experience helping drive a busy clinic in Marylebone before creating an exciting partnership with Matt Roberts. He is very pro active in his approach to physiotherapy and sports medicine, he has a strong belief in a hands on approach with specific rehabilitation programmes to return athletes and alike to their chosen activities. He uses a combination of manual techniques, neural mobilisation and manipulation often in conjunction with acupuncture and dry needling. He works with many patients that have failed conservative or surgical management to restore function and return to their chosen lifestyle. Simon used to compete as a 400m runner and he has competed a stage of the tour de france and enjoys getting out on his bike where possible. With his background he has a special interest and experience in track and field, cycling and football and has a passion for all sports and fitness. He has worked with various international athletes including tennis players, footballers and champion jockeys. He has also travelled and worked extensively with Australian Olympic athletes throughout Europe spending time in Australia's European Training Centre. He guest lectures at The Royal College of Surgeons and has written two chapters in a sports medicine book. Simon's special interests are in knee and spinal rehabilitation and tendon pathology with a real emphasis on preventative medicine.
