Sheela Roth has been in the dental industry since 1991. She began as an RDA then went on to become a Dental Hygienist graduating with a BS degree from Loma Linda University in 1998. During her many years chairside, Sheela mastered the art of learning what patients really want from their dental experience. She continued to strive to make patients happy and quickly moved into dental practice management. There Sheela focused on patient retention and growth as well as team training. During this time she developed and put into place many systems and dental practice methods that achieved the office great success. She helped grow the office to over 1000 hygiene patients per month while adding many more team members along the way. Sheela then began working as a private dental business consultant to many practices and has now had the pleasure of working with many offices across the west coast. She's helped grow these offices by as much as 35% per year. Over the last 5 years she has been blessed to get share her story and her methods regularly at dental conferences as a guest speaker. She enjoys identifying practice blockages and helping dental teams to see their true growth potential. Her passion is growing dental offices with a patient centered approach.
